I bought a fan at makro online, unfortunately some other items to assembly the fan were missing. I requested to return the fan on the 18 January 2025. I've been calling several times to make a follow up when to collect the parcel, every time when I call they send me from pillar to post with no valid reason why the parcel is not collected and when is it going to be collected. Buying online is a **** it's better to go physically to the store.
Dear RAM team I'm patiently waiting for your response as promised on the 13th. No one from operations has contacted me. As I'm worried that my parcel is missing while from your side it indicates as delivered. This is a day light ******* , I bought and paid for my things because I needed them. It's not fair that my parcel get lost just like that and no one cares to give answers
My parcel was handed over to RAM couriers to deliver. The driver was so rude he left the parcel with the security guards, and register the parcel delivered. I called him letting him know it's against our company policy to leave our parcels with security his response was "that's your problem, actually I was doing you a favor by starting delivering your parcel first" doing me a favor when I am paying for the delivery?
I thought people were lying when they said I don't make a difference whether you report bad service you experienced at Spar or not. Because they will just brash it of. I reported the matter, and the lady called Glenda emailed me few days after saying they will attend to the matter and come back to me within 3 working days. Fews passed, and I decided to emailed her for follow up and to my surprise she said the store said the contacted me and we resolved the matter. I wasn't surprised at all because that's the same response they gave to my colleague after he complained. Knowing very well nothing was resolved and they didn't communicate. That's spar for you... I made a quotation on the 4th of October 2024 at spar, the following day on the 5th I came to make a payment for the quote. When I was about to pay the prices were changed with the different of more than R2000. And their response was they are sorry they made a mistake.
I order 2 set of similar coats and other stuff. I'm soo disappointed, they only packaged 1 coat and worse they didn't include packaging slip inside. When you buy on the online becareful they are not trustworthy.
I placed my order with canvas and more on the 3rd March and I receive it on the 23rd March. What a delay shame and inconvenience
I 'm sooo upset, the bad service i got in Truworths-Amajuba Mall which is located in Newcastle. I bought items online, then i received a sms from Amajuba mall that i had to come and collect my order. Fine i requested a time off from work and drove approximately 60km to the mall. On my arrival i showed them the sms and waited 30 minutes to be told it was the mistake. Good people they should have sent a sms stating please ignore the previous message instead of wasting my time and petrol . Worse That lady Noma didn't see anything wrong on this . Can you please train your staff on customer services and how to do their work properly please
I purchased some stuff at Superbalistic last week and i was expecting my order to be delivered on Tuesday. Yes on Tuesday morning i receive a msg that my order is out for delivery. To my surprise i receive a msg again on Wednesday that my order was delivered. To who i dont know because i didn't receive it. I e-mailed them try to find out who signed for my parcerl and where. Up to date i was not assisted. Just like that i was scammed by 1 of the trusted online shop
Service at Madadeni debonairs, wow. Their something meaty pizza is a disappointed with a lot of sauce with no meat. The price we are paying for this is a day light robbery. Im sooo disapointed, its worse when you order online. And we end up fighting with the driver for the sins of the kitchen staff.
