In October 2025 towards the Month end probably the 25th it I aren't mistaken, I visited the Nedbank branch in myself opening an account for me to even change my Salary from Capitec Bank to Nedbank as I was aiming a smooth transition of my debit orders as I am also financed by MFC. I got paid in Nov in my Nedbank account, none of my debit orders went off including their own MFC account, instead my debit orders were rejected had to pay them by an EFT but some couldn't take EFT payment including my Vehicle insurance, and resulted in it lapsing. I tried to renew it again, in hope that they will.be able to debit on the account which they couldn't and with myself visiting the Branch numerous times and they see nothing wrong with the account I was told they don't take EFT payment as a payment for the MFC account but to my surprise when a lady from Collections department have me a reference to do an EFT payment in the Branch. I then paid the MFC account using the EFT which they ay first said they do.not do. Funds were available in my account and still have the funds for my vehicle insurance to debit, if anything happens to the Vehicle I won't be held accountable for that as I tried to insure their Vehicle but their account is at fault. What an inconvenience for me, as for them to take me to Collections with them that are at fault, further more this has dented my credit record as if im a bad payer whilst funds are in the account With that being said, Im struggling too much with this new account of Nedbank it has jus brought me more problems than it having smooth transition as I anticipated. Paying using an EFT while having an account where you can be debited from is another issue which I think I didn't anticipate. I so cry for help, as I need my things to debit on the account or I should just close of the account and go back to Capitec bank. On the call center I will be transfered to many people without being assisted, went to the branch still couldn't get the assistance I am looking for ans when I call my insurance they said it was rejected as well as my Vodacom it was rejected but the reason I don't know. For who ever that can see this may I kindly be assisted quickly as I will involve my Lawyers should anything happens, because accidents aren't anticipated, they just happen and I am really tired of this It is the 2nd month getting paid with this account but I'm living in a horrific dream. Nothing has debited straight from the account, none whatsoever. I hate the fact that MFC took me to Collections denting my credit record for their own incompetency. And if that is not fixed soon I will have to take my salary else where and close off the account
The reason to write a review it is because it is the second time having a bad experience about the KFC in Alexender Road in King Williams Town. The first time I didn't complain, I bought 9 pieces upon arrival at home there are 8 piece and many are drumsticks and wings! Took it as mistakes happen I moved. Today went to the drive through to buy 2 dunked bucket for 1 with Side breasts where I placed an order I was not told that I will have to wait for Wings as they are still in the oven paid on the 1st window where I placed my order, went for a pick up I was then told to wait 4 mins which resulted in me waiting +-10 to 15 mins which I didnt calculate as that KFC is on my was to pick up my Son at school. Took the open as hungry as I was I open there I find zinger wings not dunked quickly turned which I thought wouldn't take much of my time but I am now questioned about how much I paid whete was my slip while I left the slip where I was suppose to collect. When I then saw that it is taking time, I arrived at my sons school late that I had to pay R50 for the late pick up. Because they were taking long left the order, to pick up had to then come back and pick up my order. I've worked with customers but today was one frustrating days where you gotta juggle everything all at once at my expense because paying the school for being late while having to go back for the order. I had a very bad experience with them which I had even before.
On the 13th Dec I bought a Vehicle, and they debited the prorata amount that covers me for the rest of the 15 days and on the 20th they debited again the full amount for the whole month. Now I cancel the insurance, the lady I spoke to whose Gricelda Moima said they will refund me back for the rest of the days within 48/72 hours I waited and when I call back Ms Nqobile Gama said there's no refund if how so I don't understand. Also now I have to wait again for my money.
I had a Life Cover with One Life that has passed due to Covid retrenchment problems, I was given a call by someone I cant remember stating that they will offer me another life cover the benefits are the same. That was through telephonic, I had an accident & the diagnosis was permanently injured when I went to claim they said they do not cover for such. I then went to the branch to request the recording because the person said they cover the same way as one life. The new cover was from Instant Life.
Today I received a bad service starting with when I waited in a long queue to arrive by the tills that they are only taking cash, went to get cash as I love their wings. Came back paid & it was a take away. I bought 6 winglets with chips & small coke for R60. When I ate one wing they were smelling so bad & they were not thoroughly cooked there was also blood. I couldn't return them as I was already in a taxi going home. I had to throw away my R60, drank the coke & ate chips but even the chips weren't the nicest as always. I really received bad service today.
I had a bad experience with cartravker together with consultants that aren't urge to assist or clarify.. I had an accident in July the 3rd 2023 and the car was a right off, they want me to pay the car tracker while the car is a write off & when I asked them where the car was they didn't know. They are now frustrating me with calls, it is not like I don't afford it but on which car because I don't have a car & im badly injured on the dominant arm.
On the 27th of July I received a message saying that on the 31st July I didn't pay R262.69 which I never received when the transaction bounced. Not even a phone call asking when I'll settle the amount, bare in mind that I had contract with these people.. And the account was handed over and the amount is now R1600 I then paid the amount infact VVM where I was handed over debited the amount now I don't get the paid up letter, its actually months now that I haven't received my paid up letter and I'm also reflecting still on credit beaure. Its closing a lot of doors for me.. They are denting my credit record for R200 which I would have paid a long tome ago if I knew that their money bounced and they called or sent me an SMS
I would like to understand the arrears I have with Rage, because now from my understanding I paid the account and closed it. They even sent me the paid up letter so I really don't understand. Kindly take me off the credit bureau please.
I'm still waiting for the call that they said they'll give me after writing here about the credit bureau I'm in because of CellC and I dont have their contract anymore, so I don't understand the arreas I have with them. I really dont like what they are doing I cant buy a house nor a car because of them
