I purchased an apple ultra 2 watch and have been trying to get cellular activated for 10 days now. I’ve spent hours on the phone with agents and visited the vodacom store in my area 3 times. No one has been able to get this working!
12+ days of work missed due to materials not being ordered on time. No-show days with no communication. 10:45am on a dry, sunny Monday, no-one arrived for work again and no communication received. My back garden was a construction site for 7 weeks. During the sales pitch I was told work would take 3 weeks weather permitting. I have paid R130000 in cash (90%) of the job and I have asked for all materials to be delivered to site as i cannot trust their timing and don't want further delays yet they won't do that and this no show service is what I get? They were 10 pavers short. They brought an additional 10 to site and cemented them in despite me saying they look different to the others. Turns out the pavers were collected form the wrong supplier and they now have to come back and lift up and replace the 10. I would not recommend using these guys for anything more than the pool and it's immediate coping around. They cannot project manage at all so expect delays. Rather get a building/paving company to do any additional work you want done around the pool

These guys are not interest in helping you once the initial product has been installed and they have your money. I have had to constantly call and beg for replies to my emails. Promises made over the telephone are rarely fulfilled. I have had an indoor fireplace and outdoor braai supplied/fitted by these guys and when both had issues with the chimney not drawing I had to beg and plead to get them to attend to the issue. The lounge fireplace got sorted after about 5 visits although they still ignore multiple requests to fit stronger brackets on the outside wall as the flimsy ones they supplied bend in the wind. My braai smokes the entire patio and house out as the smoke does not go up the chimney but they are very reluctant to help as this is going to require them to do a bit of thinking/troubleshooting. These guys cannot handle the amount of work they are taking on.
I ordered an Easy desk from Officescene. Right form the quote, to follow up emails they were on point. Always quick to reply to emails. My desk arrived a week or 2 earlier than expected and their friendly staff set it up and cleaned up the mess from packaging. Highly recommended. Thank you Officescene. Alex
On 25 December 2015 a person insured by Zurich Insurance reversed into my parked car. I lodged the claim and from the get go had the worst response times from Zurich.<br> <br> My claim was assigned to Andile Vazi... this guy may as well not even have a an email address. It would take the same amount of time to post him a letter. He takes at least a week to respond to any email and when he does, it lacks information- It's a simple \I will let you know when I know\".<br> <br> After 2 and a half months and me constantly chasing I was made a claim offer and asked to send my banking details for payment.<br> <br> It has now been 3 weeks since I sent my payment details and still no payment. I emailed Andile on 30 March asking when payment will be made and received no response.<br> <br> I emailed Andile again on 4 April asking him to respond to my email from a week ago and he responded this morning, 5th April with \"Kindly note that your payment has been requested and you will receive<br> confirmation once it has been released.\"... Once again... a \"p#ss off.. it will happen when it happens\"<br> <br> What a pathetic attitude form an insurance company. Maybe I get this kind of treatment because I'm only a 3rd party claim. 3.5 months!!"
SADV have NO technical support. I logged a fault with my internet 4 days ago and despite emailing in every day and calling speaking with Gina nothing has been done. I don't think they even have technical team as Gina is the sales lady yet I get put through to her for support and she tells me the tech guy is busy. 4 days!!! <br> <br> If you rely heavily on internet I would recommend using telkom.... as bad as their service is, it is still leaps ahead of SADV
