<p>During the fasting month i was craving alot for simply asia and visited the Simply Asia at Mall of The South on the 17th june, we arrived early and reserved a table to which we were informed we dont need to as they will have seats available. we arrived atleast 20min before time to break fast and we werent seated we walked in and sat with a waiter coming after a few minutes. The resturant was not full so i expected the food to be done at a faster rate than normal. the problem was not with the food it was with the staff that had served us. I feel waiters are unprofessional and untrained to look after customers in a good manner. Whenever we requested something from our waiter she was never to be found and when she arrived i was not in the mood to order additional items. After completion of our meal i waited 15 minutes to recieve our bill and when recieved i additional charges on my bill to which it took them another 5 minutes to sort out. The waiter still made me feel as if it was compulsory to give her a tip after thehorrible service given </p> <p>I felt Due to past experiences being good i wiuld give them a chance and visit them again this past saturday the 24th June only to be more disapponited than i was on my last visit. Again the store wasnt as full as compared to other stores however the service was horrible. Arriving 15 minutes before breakig fast i placed my order for sushi and requested water as i knew theres a possibility that the sushi might take longer than expected however i waited almost 20min for a glass of water just to break my fast. i stood up andwent to the front desk to request for my water as i have been waiting long enoughinquiring who is the manager who didnt seem to be bothered much. our sushi arrived 30 min after placing an order and it was the wrong order the waiter did not take down the order correctly and written down we would like two of the same dish,the sushi was sent back and returned. When the sushi returned i had a piece and noticed something wa not correct,one dish was missing a main ingredient(Mayonnaise) i waited for the waiter AGAIN as the previous week and she came to take away the dish, the mayonnaise was brought to me 5MINUTES LATER!! totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>We plaed our order for our main meal and werent given the option for the soup(The promotional message for the month of june) i asked the waiter do we not recieve the soup as mentioned she didnt repond. again Totally unprofesssional</p> <p> </p> <p>The quality of the food is amazing however i am deeply disappointed with the customer service offered. Seems higher management need to send staff for professional training to deal with customers and how to handle complaints in a professional manner to keep customers. Being a reuglar customer at the store fo rthe amazing food , i would not refere anyone to the brance due to the poor customer service</p> <p> </p>

A perfect evening a group of friends decided to go to Callistos at rosebank,we sat down before 8pm,as in sitting it's 8:41 and out order still hasn't come. We didn't order any starters so I have no idea why they are taking so long,fair enough they have a larger group of people but people who have arrived after us have eaten and already left. We were informed by the waiter over 25 min ago it will take 10min however. Can food take over 1HOUR to prepare. The service here ***** major. Honestly I will never advise anyone to come here again. Seems Jimmy's is taking too long to open my advice...go there instead<br>

Amazing service contacted them,placed my order on Monday and requested if it's possible to have my item by latest Friday and within 24 hours my parcel was in my hands. Keep up the good work will definitely order from the company again and recommend them to many people
Standing at pick n pay and I requested klim,the supervisor a while ago gave me a range check however upon arrival he tells me it is invalid claiming I must pay the difference as he can't do anything about it anymore.one of his employees comes and says they only give it to selective customers. What makes the next a selective customer??? He then starts argueing with me and screaming to which I retaliated back and scream at him. He was not listening to me as I was speaking and just argueing! Is this how pick n pay trains thier employees to treat customers??to make it worse he is a so called supervisor,so how do people take an example from him as a leader??does pick n pay teach employees to scream and argue at pick n pay??very poor service as a well known company please train your employees how to treat customers
being a loyal customer to standard bank over the past few years and always pleased to visit the branch due to past experiences.Until today when i was informed about the new team leader who could not help me increase my EAP limit as she said that i need to deposit over R1000 so they can increase my limit. i find this utter nonsense as i have been at the branch on a weekly visit the past few months and he people who helped me in the past alwys done this for me.she asked me to deposit R1000 and i informed her where do i get that kind of money from,then she advised me to withdraw the money and do a direct deposit into that persons account leaving me to pay the fees which is bad service thinking a teamleader would offer better advice all she done was inconvenienced me and said it was procedures she hadta follow.what puzzles me is how was i doing this over the past year and all of a sudden whenshe is at the branch i have a problem. standad bank should really send their staff on training on how to deal with customer issues .i even asked her to close my account which she informed me that she cant because the manager is not around seriously??really considering switching my bank.BAD SERVICE!
Avoiding the iftaar rush I went to spur later to get food that I pay for and was glad that I did,well done. The problem that I would like to bring to your attention is the lime milkshake which taste as if they put sunlight liquid and not the actual lime flavor itself. I ordered a lime milkshake to which it tasted like soap,called the waiter and he gladly exchanged it,the manager arrives and informs me they are not sure how it taste that way and if they should add more or less syrup and it could be the reason it taste like soap. Weren't you guys suppose to test the recipe before offering it to customers??Honestly speaking I can't fathom how that's possible. When the new milkshake arrived It tasted exactly the same as the first,took one sip and left it. Is the soapy flavor the new lime flavor for spur?
Visiting ocean basket over the past weekend reminded me of being in a game reserve,reason being the waiters treat you like you're a piece of meat and they all want a bite from you. It is understandable they earn tips etc but from the min I walked in I was greeted by a waiter,another 3 on my way to the table tried to take me away from him calling me to different tables.one told us sit the next told is go to another eventually I decided where I want to sit. Waiting for the waiter to give me my menu took over 5 minutes I had to call another waiter to ask him about my enquiry regarding my order as my waiter was busy scavenging other customers. I advised him if he isn't going to help me get someone else to which he paid close attention to me.the management go around asking customers how are they doing which is a good thing not wanting to cause a scene or get the waiter into trouble I left it but thinking of it disgust me on how they behave and took the matter to the HelloPeter website. I hope they read this and train staff to deal with customers better in the future.
After reading up on HelloPeter regarding oneday only I was abit worried as I had already made a purchase from them. Sticking to their word I placed an order on Thursday and by the following Wednesday my order was delivered in good condition. Keep up the good service and I'll be purchasing on regular occasions.
