My third time I went to take the PTE test, the program malfunctioned and I couldn't complete the test successfully. I lodged a complaint and they assured me the case will be investigated and I would receive feedback within 5 days. It has now been 8 days and I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed. I live 2 hours away from Cape Town. I have to spend money on traveling and accommodation in addition to the cost of the test self. I also lose a day's wages each time. Disappointed is a huge understatement!
They did a installation at my home but they use my previous ISP trunking kit they laid they cable in the same trunking where my previous ISP cable still in it so I thought it is a dead line I wanted to remove my previous ISP line and cut they line and herotel line also I called them and told what happen they have fix it but now I must pay a call out fee..if they did they job right in the 1st place then this issue wouldn't be here but it looks like they wanted to save money and gain more for mistakes they made....

I am really ****ed right now I bought a weekly bundle for 200mb I only went online just to do the wave thing and after that all my data is up I call customer care they say they can't see what I bought just after an hour they can see what really happen really is this what I signed up for really?
Me and my wide have to increase our life cover policies at Absa as a requirenent to apply for a futher amount on our bond. We have battle with Absa Life for more than a week, calling them every single day to get updates. Seems the People working there is not very capable because you never get the same answer. Today we received our quotes, we signed them and sent them back to Absa Life with a request that this should be handled as a matter of urgency. When I called Just now to hear if they received the quotes and how long it Will take to provide us with notary letters and policy documents which is what we need in order to go forward with the bond, we were informed that it Will take now 10 working days. We cant wait that long we all ready wasted so much time for the quotes. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, i held on for more than 5 minutes and than got cut off. Do they even want me and my wife's business?
I have lodged 2 tickets no response from takealot. I have order a few things a week ago including huggies nr 2 as everyone knows baby's grow fast everything was in stock and all of a sudden I see 2 of the items were out off stock don't even let me know it's out of stock now I must wait when they will have stock really? Don't waist your money on takealot they service is useless

My wife open a account with them in last year but her bank card didnt work on the site but a month ago we try again with a new bank card and it work but they deduct the amount R124,07 didnt got her month free subscription we dida online chat they say they did it to check my wifes account but the money will come back but it didnt today they deduct another R124,07 is this right
When we received the goods 2 of the items was broken and another one was not the1 that was describe now that I wanted to change the goods at the store that I drove about 100km they couldn't help me because I forgot the slip at home why cant you just help my wife its on her account you can see what she bought now I must go back home and again come back with the slip that is not good business really disappointed in the service
I cancelled my account and told me it will cancelled the 31/12/2017 but now i must pay for January 2018 this is not acceptable!!!!!!!!
