An absolute ****!!!!!!! Themba promises the world …. You pay a deposit and trust that this company will honor the services agreed upon and paid for . Empty promises of refunds are made …. However you cannot get hold of themba or anyone else for that matter
I order Just Teddy from Hyde park on Uber Eats on 2nd March 2024. Special & specific delivery instructions were made of “PLEASE NO KETCHUP “ due to allergens . This was not followed , and on top of this cold old food was delivered . On contacting both over eats and just teddy .. I spoke to Eve who assured me a refund will be made . I provided my banking details and followed up numerous times . It’s not the R171 … it’s the principle for me that matters more . Very sad and disappointing that Just Teddy is not only completely disinterested in customer service .. but makes empty promises in rectifying their wrong doing
I have never dealt with a company that is more obtrusive in providing any type of customer service. For weeks I have been following up on a simple small order. For weeks I have been told the same story that follow up will be made with the factory. Eventually after weeks of aggravation and time wasted..... a tracking number is provided. Not surprisingly the tracking number does not exist and the goods miraculously cannot be located Taking customers money upfront while making bold promises of 7 -10 days is absolute fronting I want a refund immediately
, I have never experienced such an inadequacy of service or disinterest in service in my life. My fiber / connection was found to be problematic on Sunday 17th October . I have logged countless calls with Vodacom and since Monday and have followed up incessantly, i have been promised feedback and call backs by 3 different people not surprisingly, I have yet to receive any feedback, contact or update... As nothing has been done from Vodacom side, I took it upon myself to call Vumatel, and Vumatel confirmed that Vodacom has to reconfigure or correct from their side . Vumatel left my house at 9pm last night .. after trying to assist …, we spoke to a vodacom consultant for over 45 min … was cut off and no call back . This morning Friday 22nd … I called vodacom first thing , spoke to another consultant …. Again followed all instructions … was promised a call back after 10am ….. it’s 11.20pm … still no call back . For the 3rd time … I called vodacom at 7.22pm begging for assistance .. 33 minutes holding on … assured a call back once escalated ….. Surprise surprise no feedback or callback Almost a week later, and still no one can provide any assistance after begging and pleading , but vodacom is happy to take my hard earned money !!! I rely heavily on this fibre contract for work purposes and if Vodacom & Vumatel cannot provide the service, I would be happy to spend my money elsewhere with a service provider that actually provides a service without having to beg and plead . Despite wasting countless hours on the phone , running backwards & forth to try and meet consultants from vumatel …… I am paying for a service that is not provided Sad thing is …. I have also bring trying to do my cellphone upgrade …… suffice to say .. I’ve given up totally on that foolhardy attempt either . I have once again spoken to 3 different people …. The last I heard … a quote has been Opened and nothing can be done
I HAVE 3 VEHICLES FINANCED THROUGH ABSA FOR WHICH THE 3 -MONTH PAYMENT RELIEF WAS OPTED IN FOR. NO DOCUMENTS/CONTRACTS WERE SIGNED AND AS FAR AS WE WERE AWARE OUR INITIAL CONTRACTS WOULD BE EXTENDED BY 3 MONTHS HOWEVER, IT NOW SEEMS ALL 3 VEHICLES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BY AN ADDITIONAL 6 MONTHS. I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ACCOUNTS, NO REPSONSE OR ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO TRY AND UNDERSTAND THE CALCULATION AND EXTENSION PERIODS. I WAS ADVISED TO EMAIL MY QUERY TO FCRELIEF... STILL NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED HOW CAN ABSA UNILATERALLY AMEND THESE TERMS WHICH IS DOUBLE THE RELIEF PROVIDED
If I could possibly rate DSV a minus 1 star I would. A parcel was couriered to me on 30th September 2020 via express DSV services from Postnet Hartebeesport. This was dispatched on 30th September, reference QOEAT00001186. To date , this has still not been received. On following up with Postnet, they cannot get feedback from DSV and on following up with DSV. myself personally.... Of course no assistance, feedback whatsoever This parcel was a delicate art drawing... is DSV going to take responsibility for the DAMAGE That no doubt has been caused

Religiously every 3 weeks I somehow have an outage, this month on the 4th september and now again from Monday 21st September I have logged a call with Vodacom and since Monday have followed up at least 4 or 5 times a day, and have been promised feedback and call back by Thabo, the manager on the case, however not surprisingly, I have yet to receive any feedback, contact or update... As nothing has been done from Vodacom side, I took it upon myself to call Vumatel, and Vumatel confirmed that Vodacom has not even logged an ISP reference with them Almost a week later, and still no one can provide any assistance I rely heavily on this fibre contract for work purposes and if Vodacom & Vumatel cannot provide the service, I would be happy to spend my money elsewhere with a service provider that actually provides a service

Tfg on-line shopping is exactly the same as every other on-line “scam”. I made an online shopping order p489064548 on 9th June , and requested delivery at the MELROSE arch @home pick up option . Despite getting numerous confirmation messages that the order had arrived .. in drips and draps ...I only received 2 out of the 3 garments , despite going into the store on 3 different occasions . Both the staff at @home and myself contacted both TFG and the courier company . It was Discovered that the item had not been delivered and it was agreed by Juanita that a refund will be processed on 29th June, reference RM 243456 !!! It’s another 4 weeks later , 4 escalation phone calls of at least 20 min long , the refund has still not been processed . What’s worse .. is that on every occasion promises are made fir feedback to be received ... which is NEVER received and I was assured yesterday 16th June , that it would be made by COB... well once again .. nothing has been done !!! It is so so sad that I’m these current conditions ... TFG feel it ok and just to take peoples money and NOT deliver the service promised !!!!!! It is theft !!!!!!!
I have used Zulzi on a number of occasions and normally it has been a great service. However a large order was placed on Wednesday 25th March for delivery for Thursday 26th . Order #169016 for the amount of R745.76 My order was never received, Nonetheless has disappointedly and disgustingly been taken taken off my bank account. I Have been constantly following up via email, in-app messaging and have tried the contact number... with absolute no luck of getting any kind of response. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR THE URGENT REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!
