NON EXISTANT HELP - Despite being assured of assistance and sincere apologies from Yajna Maharaj, Thobani Arends, Amethyst Chili, Nolita Vutela, my request for having a credit listing in January 2025 has still not been resolved - This was an issue in 2025 which took some 4 months to resolve, but it is back on my credit report and I have requested numerous people to assist. Looks like First Group do not know how to resolve and simply do not have the courtesy to acknowledge - First words are always "We Apologise and we will assist" but yet this does not seem to happen. Very quick to phone and ask for levy money for 2026 but cannot sort out a 2025 problem. YOUR SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS AND YOU DO NOT SEEM TO CARE LESS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S CREDIT PROFILES!! Once again non existent service from First Group (Flexi Club). Been waiting since 6th February to be assisted with a problem going back to January 2025. Very quick to phone and ask for levy monies but cannot resolve or do not want to resolve a problem (which was proven to be them at fault) from last year. Also proud to tell you the value of timeshare but you cannot sell it without making a loss. Levies must be up to date and when you sell (if you can) you don't even get prorata levies back but new owners must also pay. All in their favour definitely not trying to keep or assist long standing customers. Your service is atrocious - get promised the world when you complain and big apologies - this means absolutely nothing if you don't resolve the problem.!!! Resolve the problem and stop phoning and asking me to pay!!
Absolutely disgusting service from Flexi Club, Club Leisure, First Group and whatever other name they go under. I have been trying to resolve and get assistance since 31st December without success. Despite various emails, doing the online contact me form, I still am no further forward. If you want to make a booking they are very quick to answer.... Just wish I could get rid of this timeshare easily, but you cant even do that - Something worth R 170K not even worth R0.01 - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Will definitely be taking this further
Shocking service again from Momentum who cannot assist with changing debit order dates (system does not allow it) and then wants to keep a bonus which you have paid for due to cancellation which is a result of them not being able to assist - I cannot believe that a company this size is not able to help a customer!! Promised at beginning of August to contact me on 19th August - today is 23rd and only after I have sent an email do they have call back and then still cannot assist and ask 101 questions - surely information should be on the system! Customer satisfaction - definitely not. A company you want to deal with after numerous years - Definitely not!
Absolutely disgusting service from Flexiclub with regards to a levy query. I have sent a number of queries asking how they arrived at my levy amount and they cannot answer my question - just keep on saying it is up to date. I believe I have been "**********" and am sure many others have also been . taken for a ride. I have been overcharged and they do not want to admit it. I have never experienced such shocking service as I am receiving from Momentum Multiply currently. I sent an email requesting some information, got a response which did not reply to my query. I have since sent 5 messages and not even had an acknowledgement. Time to move everything from Momentum (Provident, Medical, Insurance, Funds at Work, will etc. etc.) YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
Despite sending emails to Standard Bank since 18th October, and despite requesting a proper answer to my query and despite getting notifications from them advising they will answer within 48 hours I still have no response from them. I have tried several times to phone, but it is very difficult when you have to hang on and you are phoning from an office phone. Absolutely disgusting service from Standard Bank and I am sure they owe me money!! Cant wait to close this account!
Great experience with We buy Cars once again. JP went out of his way to assist first with a late appointment and then doing all the "paperwork". Thanks JP - will definitely contact you if I sell another vehicle.
Absolutely shocking service from Nedbank. I received a registered letter from Nedbank and have phoned to query it, but the lady could not assist and assured me someone would phone. I have been sending emails since Monday last week It is now a week later and I have not had the courtesy of any response. Needless to say it is now time to change banks after 30 years!!
Absolutely disgusting service from Pick n Pay Edenglen as well as Customer Services. I sent a complaint in 16 days ago, got a reference number and I still await a response. Whats the use of having a Customer Service department if you don't get assisted. Pick n Pay you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your advertising sucks and your staff are just as bad
