If I could give minus 5 starts I would. This company is unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Despite trying to make an arrangement that they refused, getting send back and forth between them and Makro - I managed to resolve the issue with Makro and pay the outstanding balance on this account. I get 25 missed calls from ARA on a daily basis and again tried to contact them to inform them that I made payment in full. 3 calls later which was transferred to 6 different agents and then dropped, I gave up - I made payment so I have nothing to hide from them! My next step is to report them to the Debt Collectors Ombud because they are extremely inefficient! How this company still exists is beyond me.
Delivery 3 days late resulting in my customer cancelling their order. I have called 5 times to confirm details and time of delivery. I confirmed the address. Each call almost 27 minutes long. Julia on the chat line was dismissive to my husband and refused to escalate the matter. Thanks Fastway! Your service is horrible
Don't bother disputing a charge with TGC when you use them for your deliveries and collections. The driver refused to take a part of the parcel and now that we dispute the charge based on the volumetric weight, they cannot supply proof. Now they ignore all our emails and refuse to credit the incorrect charge.
I am being harassed for a MTN account that I do not have, and despite over 20 calls and me explaining the issue, you continue to harass me! Please stop! After 6 years of an account that does not belong to me, MTN should close it! I will not make any payments, so do not expect me to!
For 6 years I am being hounded by debt collectors about an MTN account that I do not have, and never had! I had to do 2 affidavits with my signature 6x on the page to prove that it was not me. Then it's radio silence for a year, I think it's resolved and a new debt collector phones me. I block numbers and explain to them that I am not going to go through this again. Yesterday Nimble requested that I pay a settlement balance to clear the matter and I refused because I do not owe them any money. Please can this stop! It has been 6 years
This is my third complaint! I requested you collect your device on Monday (today is Wednesday), your driver did not come to collect. He did however go to the property today where no one was present. He wanted to discuss the matter and find a mutual agreement yet Tshiamo advised that continuation of the agreement is not desired. So I am confused. Do you want the device or not? Because at the moment I am being threatened with ***** cases stating I am refusing to hand over the device yet your driver does not come when I requested the collection? How can you send someone without prior arrangement? A few hours later Tshiamo phoned again despite several requests that he should refrain from contacting me, he is unprofessional and tries to intimidate the people he phones! Shortly after I receive a message to state that I have been listed with the SAFPS!!! Please tell me Teljoy, how I refuse to hand over the device after MY OWN request, just to get rid of your unprofessional service, yet your driver doesn't pitch and I get listed???
Horrible Customer Service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Judges your emotional intelligence, and accuse you of being a *****ster and a *****! No pleasure in doing business with company!
I am currently renting (to own) a device from Teljoy and the past 3 months my experience has been ********** to say the least. They delivered the device in January but failed to take the debit order end of January. Ever since I received countless harassment sms's and emails up to a point where I received an sms in April to advise me that I will be reported for ***** and a case of theft will be opened against me. After a very long very heated debate I spoke to a person by the name of Tshiamo Malebye. Very helpful and accommodating and said that I will no longer be harassed. End of April, I make payment as per my arrangement. Just to receive threatening emails again from Tshiamo directly this time. Claiming they attempted to call me, which they have not! None the less I am being made out to be a ******** and a *****ster! Absolutely disgusting treatment from this company!
I have never in my life received such horrible service from a Bank in South Africa. I closed my account 5 years ago because of their incompetence. decided to re-open an account for my business. Its been 7 days later, no contact regarding my card, funds I have transferred do not reflect and they tell me the account is on hold. I cannot understand a word the consultant said over the phone because of the stutter but I gathered I have to go to a branch which immediately irritated every fibre of my soul!
Do not purchase through their online store! The are no help at all and their communication is horrible! Refilwe has not phoned me and I have been waiting 10 days for my device to be delivered!
