From Warren Benz who handled my trade ins evaluation, Chesrae Matthee our salesman, Lelanie who handled the F and I to Jaco Conradie the used car salesmanager, we where fortunate enough to purchase our 3rd vehicle from this team and once again the service we received was out of this world! Thank you team for the friendly, professional and personal attention each one of you gave us throughout the process. We walked away feeling like winners and would highly recommend SMG BMW Tygervalley to anyone who is not only looking for a great deal, but service that goes way beyond the industry norm. Thank you team, we are over the moon with our "new" vehicle!
Extremely frustrated with Wesbank, I have bought countless vehicles both cash and financed, this is the first time going with Wesbank, not by choice, but the Fand I lady assured me they were the best option. I change insurance carriers about a year into my finance, and was promptly emailed by Wesbank to provide new insurance details, understandable and done. We changed insurance again and thought we would be pro active and emailed proof ot the new insurance to Wesbank, no reply, tried phoning them on 0860110729,held the line for more than 20 minutes and finally I dropped the call, no return call nothing. I emailed them twice regarding me updating my insurance details on the 16/09/24 and on the 18/09/24.Not 6 months later I get bombarded with emails and sms's to provide Wesbank with my policy schedule, I rep**** via email requesting them to check their emails and provided dates for them to check, no reply. Now I'm getting what seems to be threatening emails from them insisting on receiving my policy schedule, (which I have sent today again). I tried again today to call them to clarify and lodge my concerns and grievance about the fact that in all my dealings with various other banks, I have NEVER been so harassed or received any kind of treating email regarding insurance. I have never experienced such harassment from any bank in all my years and will definitely NEVER EVER have a vehicle financed through WESBANK or advice anyone to use them. I feel harassed by this financial institution, my debit order goes off religiously every month, never been a late payment, never had any cause to speak to Wesbank, but when I tried to, they simply do not answer their phones. Very poor customer relations. Be wary friends, just because they have been around for ages does not make them the best, quit the contrary.
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, have absolutely No idea of customer service, stand waiting for someone to either finish his private call which everyone can hear or chatting to their colleagues before being summoned forward, then after being spoken to like a chd get told to sit and wait. 30 minutes later a woman shouts your name from a window, takes your money and you are told to collect your order which in my case has been given Twice incorrectly. The vynil are cut and wrapped in plastic wrap and dumped on a counter for you to collect, twice I have got home and twice my order has been wrong ie I order Matt and I get gloss. This incompetence seems to run from the sales counter all the way to the workshop, just a pity I don't know of another place to buy my vynil, but perhaps that is the problem, they know there is no where else so they can treat their customers like ****, where else can we go? I am truly shocked at the waaaay below average service and levels of incompetency.
Absolute *******!! Worst "insurance" Company I have ever had to deal with! Way to many "mistakes" errors or computer faults to elaborate on, not to mention actually trying to call them or worse claim! We have never had to claim from our household content insurance, but when our appliance caught fire, we thought we would approach our insurance, what a joke! We the customer have to get a service provider at our costs to come and assess the damages and cause, NEVER EVER have I heard that, a insurance company that doesn't send out a assessor and when I asked about that, I was quickly told that they are acting as per the wording in the insurance schedule, what a cop out! When they sold me the policy, I was expressly td that I was covered for electrical damages due to power surges etc as a result of loadshedding, a year later I receive a email from them stating I am not covered.... Confused I called them, oh it was an mistake by the salesman, he should not have said that!! People beware, we signed up as they where way cheaper than their compitition, but as is the case here, service delivery is absolutely ******* or non exsistance, STAY AWAY!!!!
FNB Malmsbury is a utter disgrace, rude, No such thing as client service! Made me wait while helping other walk in clients, finally after calling this to someone's attention, get informed that the actual tellers only work to 12!!! What the hell??? We have been and continue being loyal FNB clients, but Malmsbury branch really needs to receive a visit from head office and re training in customer service! My wife went to deposit coins that we have been saving for so. E time to put into a little account for our granddaughter and was asked *are they correctly packed in little money bags? * yes, this is not the first time we are doing this then gets told *oh no, we can't help you it's past 12,the tellers have gone home*! **** poor service from an outstanding bank, sies FNB Malmsbury
What a shambles!! Trying to deal with Merishka David's is a nightmare! She is "to busy" to talk in person on the phone and will only communicate via email, when she pleases. I have to phone the call center, (another agonizing experience in it's self) just to receive some kind of feedback, the email her asking what documents exacting are outstanding, she answers, "there is no outstanding documents",but the justater the same morning I get another email from her stating there is required documents!!! Frustration abounds and frankly we are very concerned that our application will be handled in an professional and timely manner by people of this caliber. Or is FNB now so big they have lost touch with their clients, in which case I will happily move my banking to another institution, one where someone has time and is not to busy to actually pick up a phone and communicate with their client.
Incompetence is the only word I can use to describe this company.I insured my property with Ooba and when the time came to claim I was told to deal with Brolink and that is where my nightmare started.Trying to call them is a joke,have to listen to a recording for a minute and half,then they drop the call, repeatedly call, eventually get through to a human,promises to get back to me as the customer,never do,I have spoken to so many people it is not even funny anymore.The service providers Brolink and or Ooba,Im not sure who arranges that are a joke,the plumbers they sent out to my property looked like they didn't have half a clue between the two of them and I had to call the owner of Aquality plumbers to come and check their work which was surprise, surprise wrong/ poor.I will never again do business with any company that uses or is affiliated to Brolink.
AVOID AT ALL COST! They may be the cheapest,but you definitely get what you pay for! We purchased our property about 4 years ago and decided to go with Ooba as they where recommend by our bank ,what a mistake! First time in my life that I had to claim from my house insurance and bam!,from questionable service providers to having to be bounced around from person to person,company to company just to try and get some feedback pathetic! I signed a contract with Ooba,but get shunted around to Brolink,another company I never ever want to have to deal with ,to Fogi....I have never even heard of these companies, but get shunted around ,everone passing the buck onto the next person.Leason learnt, you get what you pay for and will rather pay a few rand more and move my business to a more reputable insurance company than have to ever again deal with the incompetence and frustration that Ooba has caused.
Malmsbury Spur,what a dissapointment! Been going to Spur restuarants since I can remember,had my first date with my wife in a Spur 29 years ago so on our anniversary we decided to reminice and visit our local Spur in Malmbury,what a joke! Food was sub standard,waitress cheeky when questioned about the food and worse of all the manageress,walked around like they always do ,chose which tables she would stop and chat to,flat out ignored my wife and I all three times she came past our table,made us feel extremlly unwelcome to say the least.Noisy kitchen staff,you can hear them shouting at each outher from anywhere in the place,but all said and done I think the stuck up manageress really put the cherry on the cake.I will never visit Spur Malmsbury again and would strongly suggest that anyone considering to do so,reconsider....the whole evening spoilt,not the Spur we knew and loved,but rather felt like a cheap knock off,not even doing their best to impersonate a Spur.Much better and friendlier smaller resturants locally who do not rely on a brand name to keep them going.TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED.
Tyres and More,Durban Road,Tygervalley, quick,simple and very helpful.I only found out when I was about to leave that the gentleman who helped me was actually the owner! Well done sir!The service industry needs mpre people like you.
