Every month i pay for overnight courier fees and every month i only get my parcel 2-3 days later. Then WHY give this option to customers???? Today i communicated with them to inform them i will only be at work until 13h00, it is now 12h52 and my parcel is still not here!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I app**** online for a wifi router and Sim card. 1st it took more than 7 days to deliver 2nd I struggled for 3 days to RICA (delivered with DSV) 3RD it only worked for a week now it says NO SIM CARD!!!!!!!!! this the THE WORST service I ever got!!!!!!! Nobody at MTN call centre or shops can help me!!!!! WHAT THE HELL???????????????? CONTACT ME URGENTLY 083 454 2797
This is THE WORST service ever¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I app**** online for a wifi router with Sim card and had to pay IMMEDIATELY before the product could be send. MTN uses this pathetic courier that doesn't deliver the parcels on time and also never bothers to RICA the Sim!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I HAVE PAID UPFRONT SO I GUESS MTN OS HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! NO courtesy call asking the customer if he is happy with everything!!!!!!!!!!!! My wifi is not working and if I didn't phone MTN I would never have known that THE COURIER company is supposed to RICA the Sim!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am REALLY very unhappy with the service of this company!!!!!!!!!!! 1st I waited way too long for the delivery and NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SIM CARD RICA!!!!!!!!!!!! in the meantime I have paid upfront for my product and are loosing money!!!!!!!! This is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
I have been waiting for more than 8 days now for a MTN parcel to be delivered to me. i have send numerous emails enquiring about the delivery but havent heard anything from DSV courier company!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife lost her job in APRIL 2023, since May we have been waiting for the MIBFA to pay out, every month they have a different excuse of forms that they still need and who knows what!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are we going to get OUR interest for OUR money that has been lying in your account?????? This is OUR money that you have been delaying to pay out for 6 months now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been struggling from 20/03/2023 to get a refund of R299 from WEBAFRICA, you cannot contact them only "LIVE CHAT" which is pathetic because you get a different agent all the time and then you have to explain the whole story and every agent tells you the same nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying since 20/03/2023 to get a refund and nothing yet, they promised to do a refund the week after 20/03 Really very bad service guys!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to get Axxess to cancel/close my account , Frogfoot refuses to help me until the cancelation is through, Axxess keeps sending me 100 emails stating the only way to cancel is on the control panel, there is no such thing. Axxess have already disconnected my fibre and I am currently not using ANY fibre/data!!!!!!!! They are THE WORST when it comes to support/service!!!!!!!!
