He is very professional, super efficient and followed us through each and every step. If I had any concerns or questions, David was very quick to address them and offer solutions. WOW! Absolutely amazing experience, the staff, the food the manager, will definitely return. We celebrated my daughters birthday, we could not ask for a better evening, thumbs up to the manager from Macedonia :)
Pathetic Service Experience, we are trying to get a technician to come and check our 70 inch SMART TV that's still under warranty!!! Each time we email we get a new ticket number, I called a few times and advised the service agent that they have the incorrect contact number loaded, each time they say they fixing it and still not response!!! What a shocking experience with this brand!!! I am so disappointed in the service and the way they treat their customers! Will not support this brand again!!!!

My daughters 21st birthday was held at the venue, WOW !! Amazing, friendly staff, beautiful clean venue, host was very accommodating and helpful, food was amazing - compliments to the Chef! Booking process was absolutely awesome, thank you to Zenda and team!

I charged R4000 deposit to my credit card for STA travel, I lodged a charge back request, sent all the supporting docs as well, only to be told they cannot do a charge back. I have been reading posts on Social media and don't understand why some people have received chargebacks, yet mine has been declined!!!!! Its the same bank, so why approve some and not others!!!!!! I have been a loyal Customer to Nedbank for many years, even my home loan is with Nedbank, I am disappointed with the outcome of my request and disappointed that I was basically told that I don't have leg to stand on as I need to take this up with the merchant that is LIQUIDATED!!!!!!! Disgusted. Why treat clients differently!!!!
