I was cancelling my car insurance when I interacted with Nathan Chetty. He gave me a better offer and has been excellent in giving me excellent customer care. He’s been calling me to assist with refund on a cancelled policy. Nathan is extremely good in his job
I was impressed with service received from Tawfeeq Saint from Momentum short term insurance. I called to cancel the policy. He offered to call me back and did so immediately. He tried to give me a better offer.
The customer's interaction was perfect however they are worse in delivering the product. I was sold a car which had technical issues and when I returned it they accepted without any complain. They were supposed to cancel the deal because it was still within 5 days of signing the contract. The sales person convinced me to take another car, which I told him I need to exercise my options at other dealers. When I got a better offer somewhere same dealership but different branch, I realised they did not cancel the 1st deal from their side. I wrote to their dealer principal and have not received any acknowledgement of my email.
I have submitted a funeral claim on the 23rd August 2021 and has never received any feedback. When I called on the 7th September 2021 I was told they did not receive all the documents. I am wondering if they don't have a standard process of communicating outstanding documents or claim process.
NEVER take your car to Mobile clinic Benoni. The owner Heinrich is a big crook. He will smooth talk you and promise cheaper quote and eventually try to rip you off. I called him asking them for diagnosis and he suggested I bring my car to them. He then talked me into doing a strip and quote of which I have explained to him my budget and the quote I already had from previous mechanic. He assured me whatever was wrong with the car will not cost that much and that the problem with my car is not that serious. He then told me to pay R3 000 to strip and quote the car. It was on Friday and promised me a quote not later than following Monday. He never called on Mon until I called him on Tue. He then told me they are still busy stripping. The following day he sent me videos and pictures of my engine telling me there is a lot of work to be done. I insisted on a formal quote to know what exactly needed to be fixed. He ten sent me a quote of R34 000 WHEREAS THE 1ST MECHANIC QUOTED ME R18 000. I had to fetch my car since I did explained to him that my budget was too tight and I couldn't accept R18 000. When I collected my car the engine was into pieces and most parts in the boot. The car is leaking oil everywhere. I doubt I will find another mechanic to put it together even if I get the part. This mean I should buy a new engine. PLEASE GOOD PEOPLE NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO MOBILE CLINIC BENONI. THEY ARE CROOKS.

I bought a cell phone from Cell C on a contract. It was supposed to be a top up however they made it an open line. After lodging a complaint with Cell C, I was told that they will write off the debt. I am now receiving calls that I have been handed over.
I have been calling the varsity and been transferred from one department to another until I got through to Idah Molefe. This woman knows exactly what customer service is. She is very competent and dedicated. The varsity could be a better institution if they can have staff member with same integrity and values the same as this lady. Keep it up Idah. You are the best.
I have been paying the funeral policy since 2006. My debit date was the 26th of the month. Unfortunately due to financial difficulties my September premium was unpaid. I was expecting to pay double on next debit date 25th October. However hollard insurance decided to debit my acc on 26th. Unfortunately there was insufficient amount on my acc because I made sure there was finds on 25th. My policy has now lapsed & I have to wait 6 months waiting period. I feel I was unfairly treated & I'm lodging a complaint with the Ombuds
I have lodged a complaint with Audi manufacturer because one of their dealer didn't treat me fairly. My car had a breakdown in June 2015 where they only replaced the pluck. I now have a similar problem and I am told they can't hep me because the car is now out of warranty. My complaint to them was that they have replaced only the pluck instate of finding the main cause of the problem. I am now expected to be liable for the costs which they were supposed to have covered for when the car was still under warranty.
