I requested services from Seller Assistance to get our house plans as we were selling our house. It’s been 3 weeks, and absolutely no feedback except for sure we can help, send all the information, and then nothing. Absolutely terrible terrible service! DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH SELLER ASSISTANCE!!!
On the 24/11/23 I purchased an air fryer from Hirsch online. Someone phoned me the Sunday(26/11/23) to arrange delivery for the next day, Monday(27/11/23). Nothing arrived and no communication was received. I phoned the Hirsch store near me and they knew nothing and said someone will contact me, no one did.. I phoned the delivery number and that person said he will find out and let me know. He did not, I had to phone the whole time. He eventually said that they did not have stock and they will process a refund! HOW DO YOU ARRANGE DELIVERY IF YOU DONT HAVE STOCK? I emailed Hirsch on the 29/11/23 to cancel my order and process a refund as I already purchased the air fryer from Take a Lot (excellent service, received it the very next Sunday). Hirsch then said that they can process a refund but management has to approve it and that can take 14-21 working days. I rep**** and said that the time frame was absolutely ridiculous and if they want my money instantly, I can have the same expectation. To this day I have not heard anything back? I have also not received my refund!
I placed my first order with FeelSilki on the 31st of May, I received an email stating that the order may take up to 10 business days, to be honest, this was disappointing but I waited the 10 business days patiently. On the 10th day(13th of June) I emailed Feel Silki to enquire about the status of my order as I have not received any form of communication from them since the confirmation email. They responded on the 13th that they were awaiting courier collection. On the 14th of June I responded by requesting my waybill details in which they responded that they are pushing to get all the remaining orders out by that day and that I should definitely get an email once there is movement on the package. I did not receive any emails from them regarding this order to date. Again I patiently waited. Monday morning(19th of June) I wrote a Hello Peter review of Feel Silki, stating the above, and they reported my review, as well as the other review about Feel Silki’s product and reviews on their website as biased, as false. I later received my order from Feel Silki on Monday the 19th of June. My order took 13 business days to be delivered. Hello Peter informed me of the reported review and forwarded Feel Silkis response to my review stating that I was well informed in regards to fulfilment timeframe. However, my order arrived on day 13 and not within their specified time frame. If they communicated during the fulfilment time frame and/or sent me my waybill when requested, I probably would not have complained, but that was not the case. Therefore my review RE FeelSilki’s still stands, I do not recommend this business based on their customer service. I also want to add that this review is factual and I have the email trail to prove it. It is also in the publics interest to review my experience with this business.
Ordered products on the 31st of May, and to this date I have not received my order, I have contacted Feelsilki and first they said they were waiting for courier collection, and when I asked for the waybill the next day(Thursday), they said they were trying to get all the orders out that day. It’s Monday again, and I still don’t have an email re my order. Their customer service and experience is horrible. I paid for in stock products, not to be on a waiting list while FeelSilki resolve inventory problems. Would not recommend.
In the publics interest, i am writing this review to warn prospective buyers to double check and confirm the breed of the dog you are purchasing and the price as well. I am also writing this review on how Wiggly pets responded to our complaint with threats and accusations. I am sure there are excellent experiences with Wiggly pets, but unfortunately, our experience was the latter. In July we responded to an ad on Junkmail RE Golden retriever pups. Junkmail auto sends a message to Wiggly Pets, stating that I am interested in the Golden retriever pups. Wiggly pets responded with “only have this female” and sends a picture. We assumed that she was a Golden Retriever as this is the breed we were enquiring about and discussing. We made arrangements to purchase this dog. I asked for photos of the parents, and they looked like Golden retrievers (I am no expert) and we went ahead with the purchase of the above mentioned “Golden retriever pup”. Upon arrival we found out that the price was R1000 more than the ad we responded to, and Wiggly pets explained that the litter we enquired about was already purchased and that this is a new litter they collected today. Still not disclosing that it is not a Golden retriever pup. We then EFT’ed the additional R1000 and we left with what we thought was a golden retriever. Upon arriving at our local pet shop later that day, the owner of the pet shop complimented us on our adorable Labrador. We corrected him, and said no it’s a golden retriever. We left the shop and decided to wait until we see the vet to confirm. The vet said she had retriever in her but did not confirm that she is a golden retriever. I asked if she will have longer hair, to which he responded that we will have to wait to see. Her vet booklet from Wiggly Pets stated “Labrador retriever”, which we noticed on the day of our vet visit. After googling the difference between a golden retriever and a Labrador retriever, and based on what the vet said, we assumed it’s perhaps a cross between a Labrador and a golden retriever as they have long hair as per the pictures of the parents. Chewing on this for weeks, I finally contacted Wiggly pets and asked what breed is our puppy to confirm. To which they responded retriever female, and that she will have longer hair as both parents did. As there is a difference in appearance as well as in temperament from our puppy to our friends’ golden retriever puppy of same age, I continued to explain that I was upset about the transaction, mainly the service. Service in regards to Wiggly pets not disclosing the different breed on the day of purchase. This would have created a different expectation on our side. I was told that we signed a purchase agreement, which we did - however, we signed this agreement in the belief that we are purchasing a golden retriever. We do however love our new puppy and we do not want to give her back, nor did I ask for my money back at any given stage. I made my intention clear by notifying Wiggly pets that I will be reviewing the purchase to ensure something like this won’t happen to someone else. Unfortunately Wiggly pets has since turned off the Review section of their page.. one can just wonder why. Wiggly Pets immediately threatened me with legal representation, and that this has happened before and that they won both times resulting in a fine. During this conversation, it was insinuated by Wiggly pets that I am a liar, just like the previous two people who was fined as per above and that I was harassing them by complaining about the service. I was also told in so many words by Wiggly pets that I am desperate for money and that I should think with wisdom. I did not appreciate these accusations and personal attack of my character. Especially after I made my intentions clear from the beginning that we are not giving the dog back, nor did I ask for my money back, I was just complaining about the fact that we were not notified of the different breed. We were going to get a letter from the vet stating that she is not a golden retriever but a Labrador retriever, but decided not to as the ad Wiggly pets sent to us later in the conversation confirmed her breed. (Ref to the second last paragraph of my review.) We were then threatened by Wiggly pets that they want to come and fetch our new puppy and that the “owners” wants their dog back and that they are scared we won’t love our new puppy. This aggravated and concerned me a lot considering that we had to provide our address on the purchase agreement and that we already stated that we do not want to return our dog nor do we want our money back, I was purely complaining about the fact that our new puppy was not a Golden Retriever as I was specifically looking for a Golden Retriever. Our new puppy is not something I can “just” return/exchange and it is a long term commitment, hence the seriousness of clear communication. Wiggly pets then sent me the ad for the litter I bought(first time seeing that ad) which stated Labrador retrievers for R4000 each. However, we paid R4500. And I still do not have an answer as to why there is a difference in price. Please be cautious when purchasing a puppy through wiggly pets, because if something goes wrong, there is no support or customer care from Wiggly pets, just intimidation and threats.

Since my last complaint(2520368) someone got in contact with me and said the money will be refunded in 48 hours. This was Monday!!!!! Nothing as yet! I am so sick and tired of this bank! Private banking manager also followed up with absolutely no luck. FNB has had time since 31st of May to refund my money which they still have not done! It’s been 19 working days. 456 hours. 5 people have told me that it was escalated and will be refunded within 48 hours and as to this date still nothing. The personal loans department manager told the private banking manager that it would be refunded yesterday already but to no surprise, nothing has happened. I will withdraw all my money from my bank acc tonight, you will not get any debits from me for this account!!! All we got from FNB was a very snotty email stating that I should avail funds for my next debit order! How’s that for client service! I’ll move banks and ask for consolidation! So fed up!
There was a double payment to my FNB personal loan, 1 amount that I transferred and the debit order as well. My debit went off on the 31st of May and I phoned the FNB Personal Loan Department directly after. The first refund request was logged on the 31st of May, I followed up on the 7th of June, again on the 9th of June, again on the 11th of June and again on the 17th of June. The refund was escalated 3 times. We have also requested assistance from the private bank manager to find out what the problem is and when it will be refunded. It’s the 21st today, 16 working days since my first refund request and to date I have not received my refund. My next debit order is scheduled to be deducted on Friday but o have not received my refund from May. FNB has got absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. During the process of logging my refund, the phone was put down the second someone got the call. Holding on for 10 minutes and just when you get through to an agent you can hear a TV and laughing sounds in the background. I have spent more that R100 on airtime trying to get this refund processed. FNB is a disgusting bank! Luckily we are in the process of moving to another bank after 13 years with FNB because the only thing that separates one bank from the other, is the level of service. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM FNB AS POSSIBLE!!! Super horrible bank with super horrible service!! Oh yes and while I’m complaining, I have upgraded my bank account to a private clients bank account with the higher bank charges being debited for months now. I still do not have a private banker assigned to me ans the one assigned to my husband is incompetent to do her job, provides no communication, provides no service oh and let me not forget to mention that she has blocked my number and I cannot contact her at all. Again. STAY AWAY FROM FNB!!!
I had a car accident in Ruimsig, on the 18th of August. First help was on scene and my insurance authorized Kobus Pieterse to toe my vehicle to Dent Doctor in Honey Dew. A few hours later I received a call from RARC just to hear that my car was towed to RARC and not Dent Doctor as per my insurance authorization. I REFUSED my car to be repaired by RARC due to their horrible reputation. I eventually had my car moved to the correct place after 3 weeks! Just for Kobus to phone me and question my actions as to why I am not repairing my vehicle at RARC. We just found out from the newly assigned autobody that my car battery was loose and disconnected, we went to check it out and my battery was swopped to a broken, dirty and dead battery! If First Help took my vehicle to the correct place all of this could have been avoided! I wil NEVER tow my vehicle with First Help EVER again! Klomp skelm streke! BLY WEG!!
I have been trying to claim for loss of income on my game credit store card since the 13th of June. I have completed all the required documents and I have sent through all the required supporting documents to prove my loss of income during covid lockdown. RCS have been deliberately delaying the process constantly asking for the same claim form to be completed over and over again. I have been Sending emails to follow up for the last 2 weeks and I have not received a reply! What is the point of paying insurance on debt if the insurer is deliberately delaying the process and not helping at all? Horrible service from RCS. Will never finance anything through them ever again!
