Worst experience ever car has been sent back for the same repairs 4 times and after countless delays and failing to find and fix the problem Im told I need to find my own service provider get a report and then they will address it so I need to pay access for the claim, then pay for the car to be towed and get a report done beacuse outsurance has not done thier job, and when requesting documents nothing is ever reccived, honestly a joke of an insurance company, and when reaching out on Social media all they do is Block you instead of addressing the issue
My experience with Louma, an agent representing Rose Eeds, has been nothing short of appalling. From the start, communication was poor, and it only worsened during the exit process of my lease at 3 Royal Mews, Muizenberg. Despite multiple attempts to arrange a joint exit inspection—as required by the Rental Housing Act—Louma failed to show up or respond to messages. She only visited the property after I had vacated, which legally forfeits the landlord’s right to claim damages from the deposit. To date, I have still not received any feedback or confirmation regarding my deposit refund. Louma has ignored my messages and only responds when it suits her. Most concerning of all, she stated—both in writing and via voice note—that my deposit would only be refunded once a new tenant is found. This is ******** and a clear violation of tenant rights. The entire process has been stressful, unprofessional, and costly. It feels as though every effort is made to delay or avoid refunding deposits, using excuses that disregard legal obligations. This kind of conduct is exactly why so many tenants feel unprotected and vulnerable. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this agent. My experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for the law.
Kgotso Phala, helped me this morning do an update on my policies and do a few changed and went above and beyond making sure all my questions are answered, made sure everything is correct Honestly best service in forever.
Had amazing service when signing up, was promised the moon & starts made sure all payments were done on the spot, and since then it's been nothing but HORRIBLE HELP, I log tickets for issues I am having and then get a ticket and then before anything is sorted its closed, Iv lost count with the agents Iv spoken to and the amount of time I have spent trying to get this sorted!!! Can't even call in to speak to a human before the damb WILLI bot says chat has ended, get on a wait list for 2 hours is not more just to be told try again tomorrow during works hours!!! I have to follow up with them, and by that time my ticket is closed or I get the same answer "It's with frogfoot" super **** after sales help would rather recommend using "please call me's" or smoke signals at this point!!!!
PATHETIC service, have made so many attempts to get some help, and every agent I speaks to literally says here is a ticket and then puts me back to the AI robot, when I phone in I'm put on hold and told the ticket is resolved and they end the call. Waste of time and worste service ever, smoke signals would get more notice than what any of there agents do!!!! They want your monthly fees and that is it, honestly the worst service I have ever had in my life time!!!!
Simon Mabuza, was extreamly helpful, called I'm regularly, made sure I have everything I needed, made sure I was prepared correctly and went above and beyond
Thandeka, helped me change a few things on my policies to update it and make sure all the information was correct. She was a super star helping me as my app was down, she sorted it all out, explained everything and every question I had she answered. She was sure to be thorough with everything to make sure I am fully covered and she was extremely kinda and went above and beyond she needs 10 stars
