I received a pathetic service from Lerato.Started a life cover application from end of November 2025, still has not been concluded as this woman lies, does not give feedback, makes empty promises.She decided to put my policy on hold in December because she was on a festive mood.She came back to me at the end of January with her usual lies.We are in February & nothing has been concluded.
I received an email from Mweb notifying me of MTN LTE fair usage policy they have implemented.The email also informs of the alternative which Telkom.I called the number provided on email to be moved to Telkom as the alternative, I was tossed around to 4 different people, the last one hunged up on me which is very rude.I am a paying client.One of them didn’t even know about the email. I am so disgusted at their services, in fact I want to cancel the contract with them, I can’t be expected to pay for a pathetic service.
My parcel was sent on the 23/12/24 received an sms sending me a link to track my parcel which has been inbound since the 24thr.On the 30th I tracked it again and it customer was unreachable which is a lie as I have have been waiting for this parcel and I have not received any sms, email nor phone call to say conclude that I am unreachable..Today is the 02/01/25 and I still haven’t received my parcel. This is is so frustrating as these are travel documents for child to study abroad and everything has been delayed by this pathetic courier company who has no respect for customers.
Pathetic service. I made payment on 08/12/24 to have fibre installed in my house.I was told it will take 2 working days but it has been 7 full days of waiting and nobody has communicated with me. I have tried their WhatsApp line but nobody has contacted me.
Best service ever.You get value for your money.Just wish they will not use courier guy from Port Shepstone to protect their good reputation.
Seeff Richards Bay is the worst agent one can ever use in this town.Big company with arrogant ****** management who deliberately renders a pathetic service to Africans. I have complained to numerous occasions about the rental agent but management ignored complains.I have sent emails to the agent about lease renewal & I was informed the tenant is renewing for the additional 6 months but the agent deliberately did not send documents as it is paid to do so. As the owner I have received the worst service by rental department after they begged me for business. Initially I did not want to give business to Seeff as I experienced prejudiced in the past as a tenant. They begged me to give them a second chance & now they have strategically exploited me once again. I am glad I am done with these *****sters and will never use them again and will definitely will not recommend them people.
Excellent customer service from all staff especially Luyanda who continuously gave me feedback on the progress of my delivery.The whole team is amazing.
On the second 02/05/23, I paid the amount of R4500 into their account by mistake and I requested a reversal at the bank, but they refuse to pay my money bank even though I have no contractual obligation with them.
In 2021 December I purchased a vehicle in Umhlanga Mercedes Benz.I was assisted by Sphamandla Mvuyane. I received an excellent, professional service.
I have been using a netstar tracking device since 2016 October, paid all my premiums without fail.In 2021 I sold my car and send them an email notifying them.Last payment was on 22/12/2021. Until today I am still being billed for the car that is no longer in my possession.I have explained to them but I am still being harassed.They have debited my account without authorization & fortunately I was able to reverse and stop the order.I am now being handed over to the attorneys who are telling me the account is in areas. I regret the day I chose this company.
