I'm not sure if I have the right company but if it is your call centre that tries to contact me several times a day since a year ago. I'M NOT INTERESTED!! How many times must True Caller block your agent/electonic messanger before you understand that I'm not interested.
After having searched for two weeks to find a credible technician to repair my seventeen year old treadmill I eventually discovered a gem🙂. The man is an angel and knows what he's doing (understatement). Most of all he's honest and didn't try and rip me off! Been with for 20 years and have had nothing the best service. I think they have retained the care element really well.
My daughter has immigrated to the USA but has retained her bank account in SA as she intends visiting her relatives here quite frequently. Her debit card has expired and she asked me to enquire about getting a new one. I visited the Kollonade branch in the suburb of Montana in Pretoria and was told she could do it via email giving my address as the delivery address. This she did and was sent a friendly email that it could be done. My details were given and the lady called Nogathaba contacted her on her mobile to inform her that her request was being processed and she (Nogathaba would contact me to arrange delivery of the card. To date no contact has been made with me. I went into the above branch again (10/02/25 and spoke to an employee, Refiloe. She informed that my daughter could only get a new bank card in person unless I was given power of attorney before she left for the States. Not sure of the level of training at this bank but speaking to people in the que while I was waiting, the service levels of Standard Bank has deteriorated drastically. I would be grateful if I could have some clarity on this!
I am trying get a response for an email quote from the Montana (Pretoria) facility, but it appears that either the email does not work / whoever is responsible for managing mail to this address (cgm.montana@planetfitness.co.za) is absent. Like all companies using whatsapp and bot chats, the Algorithms are not designed to answer customised questions and only frustrate the process. Please respond to my mail only. Not my mobile! Thanks
Absolutely excellent service from this company (again). Allison made the process seamless and professional. Will definitely use them again next year. Their added costs are minimal and worth the exercise.
As an aged academic, I have spent many a lecture on elaborating the theoretical qualities and personal traits that are necessary to produce an acceptable leader. Theory and practice in this field however seem to miss each other in my experience, especially in time of crises. While none of us have been through the likes of Covid-19, there's nothing more suited like this pandemic to reveal true stupidity and true leadership in those who have influence over the lives of others. I have been an independent contractor with the IIE's Varsity College now for twenty years. I started lecturing on Saturdays and week nights and in 2013 started lecturing to the full-time students. It has been a steady journey watching the Advtech Group transform into a solid force in the tertiary environment. Granted rapid growth does have some flaws and not all was always as it appeared to be. Having worked in most of the more better known tertiary institutions for over forty-years, I believe that I'm fairly qualified to an experienced opinion like this. I have witnessed some of the best and worst leadership one could experience! One of the traits of an academic is, that we always believe there should be improvement, and at Varsity College I have seen that happen. When we went into lock down there was (as I'm sure there was everywhere else) a sense of despair among the contractors and full-time personnel alike, that we would lose our income. Why wouldn't we everybody else was about to! The sequence of events and communications that occurred within the first few days of lock down was amazing and is the point of this review. There has been nothing but support for all from the beginning! Personally I have not lost a cent of income and the alternative plan to support our students online has been seamless! While not everyone's cup of-tea, the IIE and Varsity College's leaders have risen to the occasion logistically, financially, but most of all morally, and while the playing fields have been shifted and there is more to do than usual, we are doing that because our leaders have supported us!
Sent an enquiry requesting info as a prospective client. Received an automatic response stating a response would be forthcoming in 24 to 48 hours. It's about 200 hours later and another request sent. Nothing?? Ticket 474002681
Please explain to me how the Eft facility is a payment option knowing that it will not clear in time to confirm a booking?
