They made a mistake in my E Bucks level calculations last month. Spoke to someone on the app, and the person agreed there is an error. I got a reference number and promised they will get back to me. Haven't heard anything in more than a week.
I've been trying for a week to port my FNB prepaid number to Vodacom prepaid. 4 long phone calls, 2 visits to the store and 4 prepaid sims later, they still cant tell me why its not working. The Vodacom system says my number is successfully ported and should be working, but this is not the case. FNB sim still working perfectly, and Vodacom sim (which should have my number on now) not working at all. Is there anybody at Vodacom that can help me port my number?
I am getting smses that I owe Ampath money. This is correct, as I did have test done recently. My dear Ampath, it is incredibly unprofessional to send smses from an unidentified phone number containing random banking details. You look like a ****, and I will never pay anybody after getting a sms. You have my email address, please send me an invoice and I will gladly pay up.
FNB has a bug in their ebucks system where they identify one of my transactions as two seperate thins. They say it was both 1) Made on the FNB app using the new "Pay Bills" functionality and also 2) Being an online transaction that I made with my debit card (that is not my Virtual Card). How can one transaction be made in two separate ways at the same time? This incorrect classification has cost me an entire ebucks level and a large amount of ebucks. Communicated with the ebucks department, but they are not even getting back to me.
Makro online is laughably bad. Ordered product. Website indicated they should have stock (available to order online). They contacted me and asked if I was willing to wait 3 weeks. I said "yes, anytime". So they canceled my order. Second attempt at same item. Waited for their stock to arrive. Placed second order. Waited almost 2 weeks, order was simply canceled with no communication from their side. The website still indicates they should have stock. They are worse at selling items than eskom is at producing electricity.
Tried to buy a product online from them. A couple of days after payment they sent me an email telling me stock will only arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, and the asked if I would be willing to wait. I said I would be more than happy to wait. After about 2 weeks they informed me that they are simply cancelling the order. THE ITEM STILL SHOWS AS AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Through all of this I could get no actual reply at all from the two people that I dealt with. They simply informed me of something and ignored me after that.
I ordered a 360 x 45mm custom radiator from them around 7pm on a week day. They called me the next morning to let me know there might be a slightly longer waiting period (couple of days). They offered me a full refund, or the option to wait. Even though this was not so great, I was highly impressed with how they handled it. The fact that they offered a full refund, was also a good thing. Most other shops wont even contact you if there is a slight delay. I asked if it would be a possibility to upgrade to a 360 x 60mm radiator. They helped me with this, I made a payment for the difference, and they shipped the new larger radiator the same day. (so even though there was a hiccup, they still shipped the product in less than 24h after I made payment). I was kept updated via email through the entire shipping process, and the product arrived it perfect condition. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
How do I stop the stupid mtn popups from taking over my phone and invading my privacy???? I have disabled all marketing in the app, via ussd, and I've gone to the MTN store and they confirmed I've done everything I can. YET STILL mtn sends me these stupid popups that I cannot control, on a device that is supposed to be private?????
Our geyser burst almost 2 weeks ago. Lodged a claim with Standard bank insurance. They say that we are NOT ALLOWED to get our own plumbers to come fix it, but they are too SLAPGAT to arrange plumbers from their side!!! All this time we are without hot water! Trying to follow up with them is like pulling out your own nails with pliers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
Ordered a Frogfoot Fibre line through Afrihost. Been weeks now, and no one has contacted me concerning installation. Tried contacting them via their website, phone and email. Afrihost also looks like they cant get anything out of them. I'm only looking for some feedback. But no, getting only radio silence. Definitely not getting good service to start with from Frogfoot.
