Afrihost is my ISP of a 100mbps unlimited line. Yesterday after 24h and many other midnights my internet goes off and on. Speed test say error or test at 6mbps. Afrihost quality of service is bad and their WhatsApp help line very unprofessional and not helpful. Their operators hide behind the keyboard. I want to warn others to be careful and rather looking for other more ethical ISP
The Dr's in this hospital put a patient with a broken hip in a wheelchair and said to her they can only operate and fix her broken hip in 3 years time. Irresponsible and unprofessional
Very ill 61 year old patient was sent there today by the doctor for medication, treatment and x-rays. The unhelpful personell and Dr's said they don't have medicine and their x-ray machine is broken. Someone removed a part of the machine. They send the terminal ill patient home without medication and treatment. When I contacted them the phone just ringing. 3 hours to no avail. Not the reception nor the casualties.
When I order on the 60 60 app the champion mince was R109,99/kg and they charge me R119,90/kg on delivery. ********* pricing
TT connect pty is a bad performer. Lying to their costumers. ********* as well. I ordered a 100mbps line but it keep on testing 50mbps. They arrange to send a technician to my home to test the line and told me if it test 100mbps the I must pay n call out fee of R600. I kept on testing the line and like 30min before they arrived my line is suddenly testing 100mbps. I canceled the appointment. Until today no apology. They try to let me pay a callout just after the upgraded my line. They were Lying to me all the time!. I told my ISP Afrihost what are they doing. I don't understand why I must deal with the fibre people TT connect. TT connect also cut my line for 24hours without a credit back to me!
I am on a 100mbps fibre line from Afrihost. Only getting 48mbps. Struggling with them to fix it for 3 days and it is still not fix. They want to send a technician to my home but refuse to arrange a time with me a day before. They just want to phone and pitch. So unprofessional! Think twice before contracting Afrihost
Auto & General insurers told a person that bought a merc slk 350 from me that this car is a wreck. This car just passed the 82 point quality check at merc and is still on motor plan. Very unethical company this Auto & General as i am the current owner and this car is insured on my insurance for more that 2 years. auto & General discloses private information to a third party
Profmed SA has'nt got a professional relationship with our providers and then we have to pay providers upfront and then we don't get our refunds back due to all sort of reasons.
Enquiries about a claim of August 2018 that is not been paid has not been answered
I signed up as a member 22 january 2019 - i wanted to pay the full amount upfront and there agent told me that i can't - i must pay a deposit of R9199.00 and R1688.58 for 24 months. There agent Errol van der Westhuizen took me and my wife out of the meeting room to the outside in a dark place and let me sign the contract and pay the deposit. When i arrived home and reading everything i realize that vbi agent did not disclose the reliance benefits contribution of R449.00 for 120 months to me. I immediately emailed a cancellation letter. My bank reverse the deposit and they deduct it again. They refuse to pay back my deposit.
