Dunlop is a well known brand that is supposed to he quality due to the price. However this is the second brand new tyre that I had to replace within a matter of months due to bubbles from potholes. Quite ridiculous for the price we have to pay for no quality!!
So dissappointed in outsurance, I've been a customer for quite a number of years, today trying to claim, for 2 tyre's that got damaged by a pothole, I am expected to pay my full accident access. I have never claimed from outsurance yet they could not even meet me halfway. So what exactly is the purpose of covering for potholes when it actual costs you more than just going to a store yourself.
So I've been a client for about 3 years, I started on an invertor, 3kva, never had issues with the service, and recommended them to everyone that asked. This year I was advised by Progress that I could upgrade my system with a swap out and add in the panels that I wanted, so I agreed. Everything was then installed, however, since installation, I've had endless issues with the system, my new battery was then swapped out for an old one, only lasts an hour, the system does not run on the panels as it only kicks in with loadshedding, and the battery only lasted about an hour, now the battery does not even last. I have called Progress messaged him numerous times and still no assistance. So I upgraded my system to something that actually doesn't work. I am now being ignored....
These people are sitting with my Eskom account.... I've been paying this account monthly, however, I am literally begging them for a statement...... They've went and messed up my ITC checks, stating I owe R86k when I only owe R11k. And no one is helping me...i have emailed I have called and still nothing is being sent... They need to fix up my ITC as they are lying on there..... I spoke to Ellen Sikhakhane, as well as Harris Ntsgangase and N Nhlali and yesterday I spoke to Jason Mini.... So really no one can help but you guys are quick to mess up our credit records!!!!!
So I purchased a ryobi brush cutter online, got delivered on Tuesday, used it yesterday to cut my grass, it worked perfectly until i switched it off to get some water. When i tried to restart the machine the starter chain was tight and wouldn't pull. I then called the call centre and was told that they will send a courier to collect the item and once they were in possession of the item i will receive a refund. I then asked would it not be faster if i went to a store and was advised that i could go to any makro store and they would then refund me. Getting to makro crowne mines, they refused to refund me, i was then told that the item needs to go for an assessment and they will repair it. How is a new machine to be repaired I ask. So I returned my goods within the 14day refund or exchange period and i was refused either. I now have to wait 4 - 6 weeks to get my brand new ryobi REPAIRED.
I'm really fed up with vodacom now... In March 2020 I applied online for insurance. I was never sent any documentation and was told if I did not receive the paperwork to go in store for it. Unfortunately Covid 19 happened and everything was closed. In June my phone fell and screen cracked... I called vodacom and was told there is no policy. I then got back to work and saw all my invoices from vodacom with the charge for insurance, today calling them, the policy was found but now I can't claim as they have a 7 day policy yet in June when I called there was no policy.... So please help me understand what to do now...cause it's not my fault that only today they found my policy yet I called after my phone broke. This is like the 3rd time that vodacom is defrauding me... First an unauthorized upgrade, then charging me for a phone I returned and now a insurance claim not able to be processed... Yet I've been with vodacom for many years. And I have 2 contacts with them. Really had enough now.
Thank you Dallas for the amazing service!!!!! You are truly one of a kind... i will continue going back as your service is always becoming better... Thank you!!!
I got a J1 on contract from vodacom, within the same week i cancelled the contract and reapplied for huawei, i was told that the contract is cancelled and they will collect the phone. they then delivered the Huawei, but did not take the J1, when i asked, the courier guy said that they could not take it as they did not have paperwork for that phone. two weeks later and the phone was still not collected. i then called vodacom to check why the phone has still not been collected. during this conversation the lady confirmed that the J1 contract was cancelled. they then sent out a courier guy to collect the phone, which was still in the original package sealed. i was then still being charged for the J1, so obviously the contract was never cancelled. i then called the fraud department and was requested to send an email, i sent through the proof of return, yet no one has come back to me, they are still deducting from my account for a phone that i do not have. this is the second time that Vodacom is defrauding me, and they cannot even get in contact with me. i'm beyond frustrated now!
After my complaint on my credit card balance, i received a call about my complaint, although the account was closed, i still had to pay back the balance. After I spoke to Sylvester about the fact that one of their agents told me that the balance i paid was correct, he advised that they would check the recordings. this so called complaint according to african bank is resolved, the only feedback i received was a simple sms saying it's resolved. what exactly is resolved and what feedback was given to me???
I went online to African bank last week to retrieve a settlement amount for my credit card account, no one got back to me. i then looked at the online balance and i paid the balance. i then called someone at African bank told them that i paid the balance as per the statement to close the account. i was then told that i would need to call back in 24 hours to close the account as the money does not yet reflect. why was i not then told that the amount i paid was incorrect as i specified and i was not even offered to have a check run as to a settlement amount. now i have to pay an extra R300.
