Really frustrating when ages are spent with this ridiculous Enbi chatbot assistant to eventually get ahold of an agent or at least human to communicate with and then once again get cut off by this person almost immediately after so much time wasted when not replying back literally withing seconds and then having to start the entire process over again!! What complete waist of precious time I needed this evening and i still have not had my issue resolved!!
<div>On the 14th January late afternoon not in any way my fault I had a serious accident using the water slide (red supertube) at Masel****rt Holiday Resort resulting in myself having a serious concussion, losing consciousness and leading me to drowning which very nearly claimed my life.I was hospitalised because of this. This review is directed towards Mr Martin Smith who is apparently a manager at this resort and his poor attitude regarding this situation!!!. Approximately a week after my incident discharged from hospital whilst I was resting and recovering my elderly mother Mrs Paola Tromp phoned you Mr Martin Smith in an emotional,desperate and kind hearted attempt simply to find out more of any information regarding the incident that occurred that day and because of my concussion the happenings and everything there after being a blur to myself.Whilst this call proceeded with you sir she had her cell phone on loudspeaker of which I overheard every single word very clearly!! FIRSTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I NEED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT PERFECTLY CLEAR TO YOU MR MARTIN SMITH!!!!!!! THIS SIR IS A MOTHER THAT NEARLY LOST HER FIRST BORN CHILD WHOM SHE CARES FOR AND LOVES VERY MUCH THAT DAY!!! But Mr Martin Smith, from the start of that phone call, your arrogant tone of voice,unsympathetic rude and unhelpful attitude towards my mother and my situation was unnecessary, uncalled for and utterly disgusting !!! You were extremely defensive and quite obviously trying to avoid that phone call and hide information from us!!!! One of the questions she asked you sir was if it would be possible to view the CCTV footage of the incident this was simply for clarification with absolutely no underlying reason other than only to make the situation less confused and more comprehensible for us all because as a family we are confused on the situation but you sir did not even deny having this footage but went directly to the fact that a court order would be necessary to view this footage!! Why sir??!! Why not suggest an invite to view this footage if there was nothing to hide or at least discuss an alternative means of helping us with some justified information that we deserve on what happened that day!!!??? I'll answer you that question Mr Martin Smith!!! That answer is because of how the situation was handled by your staff members how disorganised everything was with the lack of any proper medical care at all and the fact that how my injuries were handled that day by your staff sir could have resulted in leaving me with devastating life changing results!Whilst other questions were asked again with no straight answers but more uncalled for arrogance from you fueled by more rudeness you then proceeded on having this ridiculous insinuation that this incident was all my fault and occurred because of myself being reckless whilst using that waterslide! Not only did you clearly and blatantly lie to my mother in that shameful conversation sir but you left my mother with a desperate feeling of lost and hurtful emotions! SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU ARE A HEARTLESS AND HORRIBLE PERSON!!!!! And to add to insult how my 14 year old nephew that nearly witnessed his uncle die in front of him that day got told by your staff members that it was his responsibility as a panicking 14 year old child to contact next of kin and also the emergency services!! PATHETIC!!! My initial plan after regaining strength was to make and appointment and speak to you face to face or at least on a telephone call and for the lack of better words “tell you your fortune” but then I have decided instead of lowering my standards to suit to your obviously cold and floored personality I'd rather publicly as they say “name and shame” you sir as I would not have the patience to personally deal with the low level of human that you are!! So Mr Martin Smith I openly say that you are a perfect example of what is wrong with this world today and I will not even request that you challenge these statements I make as that I am more than confident without a shadow of a doubt that you are one hundred percent incapable of providing any of my statements in this letter wrong!! And with that Mr Martin Smith may karma take its course with you and your future endeavours!!! <p>25/3/2015 I purchased a Honda NC 750 X brand new from Honda Pinetown KZN, on the 29\1\2016 parts where replaced due to rust/corrosion by the workshop of Honda Pinetown KZN these parts where ordered well in advance in 2015 I waited a long time with the problem that not all the parts arrived. The service advisor at the time re-took the appropriate pictures and did the recommended paper work on these excluded parts. After many months of waiting these parts had still not arrived with me having to hear many excuses. To my surprise one day on going back to the workshop the umpteenth time to find out on my parts I was surprised to see a massive staff turn around this included technician and most of the administration staff. When asking the new service advisor on feedback to my problem I was furious to find out that there was no history at all on the ordering of these parts. On the 11/3/2016 pictures where taken again of the motorcycle on the outstanding corroded parts. Approximately after week or so I received feedback that I need bring the motorcycle back AGAIN for more paperwork to be done. After that I received feedback that a regional manager was to see the motorcycle before the process was to take place a date and time to be set but for what this reason after all this time I don’t know. First of all this is all an inconvenience to me as I cannot just simply take off work as I have done to suit people all these times as they please Honda South Africa does not have to do me a favour this is my right as a client with a valid warrantee and full agents service history to have be sorted out, second of all I am disappointed in such bad quality of the materials of this Honda I look after my possession maticulasely irrespective off where I live. I forwarded an email via Honda Pinetown on the 16/5/2016 to the regional manager with practically no feedback. I will not purchase this product again and recommend others not to do so as this is plainly unnecessary to a consumer.</p> <p> </p>

refrence C22/ I have been an Edgars account holder for many years and of all these years Edgars has deteriorated in overall service tremendously the only reason i keep this account is for convenience that's all definitely not the service!! My monthly statements are emailed to me and many months i don't receive any so i take it out of my own to pay certain moneys as i understand out of common sense that just because you don't get a statement doesn't mean you don't owe money!!<br> Recently i received an email threatening to blacklist me because of 220 rands owed, i will not tolerate such threats as when purposely I do make payments and if it is not always the amount due its only because i don't know what i owe!! <br> I am currently busy with my attorneys to hear what further action a can pursue as this i take extremely personal !!!<br>
After purchasing my property in may 2014 it was required that i have a life cover policy in covering my amount due in case of something happening to me and i made it crystal clear that I do have life policies on which proof i sent! To my surprise I currently received a letter in the post of a premium increase due to the fact that I'm reaching a new age bracket (which on its own is ridiculous daylight robbery its literally double amount) very surprised at this I contacted your people enquiring about it not even knowing that from that time period i have been paying for this! Five call agents and three times being asked for the same documents and nothing being sorted! I was informed that my voice recording was to be investigated as I am adamant I clearly said i do not want it and that I have my own life cover and not even any information on this has been returned to me!!<br> Basically you people have decided that's it! take the guys money even though he says no and i wonder how many other people this has been done to! I deeply regret doing business with you but unfortunately I have 28 years still to deal with you people as my feeling are you are plain robbers!And you owe me money back!
Problem 1)Every time I call Telkom 180 customer care number there's always a problem in getting the simplicity of some requests sorted!! Seriously who runs the place??
