Trying to use the Blendd Cement range (Exclusive to Builders). Its ridiculous. The second time I am using it and EVERY builders has 1 or 2 bottles, their online stock register is wrong. Have driven around JHB trying to find the "stir the pot" colour. Fired Earth can only be contacted online - no phone number! Crazy guys - you can do better than this.
Terrible experience purchasing online. I bought 2 items on the 15 Jan. The first was delivered quickly. The second I am still waiting for - (1 MArch). It has disappeared off the tracker, I have mailed the support centre, 2 phone calls. Apparently my item is stuck at Makro Woodmead despatch. I am still waiting for the call centre to get back to me. What must I do guys. I cannot reach you on any platform. If you cannot support online purchasing then get out of the game! This is our second poor online experience in 2 months
Amazing service. I ordered a blouse that was 2 big and they immediately sent me another 2 sizes to select from. No questions asked. They just wanted to make sure I was happy. I now need to return 2 (keeping one), but will figure that out no doubt
Set my heart on Krispy Kreme doughnuts for a farewell teaparty at a retirement village. Smallish order (R650), of mini doughnuts mostly original. Logistics were a challenge and timing was tight. Thanks to Krispy Kreme head office and Kloof Street store for going the extra mile for me. Really appreciate it. The old folk loved the doughnuts - not too rich for them, mini sizes perfect.
Battled to reseal a shower for 2 years. Found Opus on google. Done and dusted within 2 days from callout quote to repair. Amazing service. Such professional staff.
Well If there was a star less than 1 this is what the COJ Water would get. Beyond useless. The only division that works is the bakkie that disconnects. The credit, the ombusman the accounts absolutely useless. F&%K guys really disconnect people on a Friday, ahead of a weekend, then the system is down (again) and you can resolve an issue - for a query that has been lodged and acknowledged as a error on your side. You should be embarassed. World class city down the drain. The only ray of helpfulness at Daisy street was Susan Tschivhasi - a shout out for her and her efforts - unfortunately limited in what she can do by the over engineered non functional processes.
Conducted a telephonic interview with me. Not sure where they got my contact details. Said doing a research survey. No assurances given as to the protection of my personal information. I stopped the interview as I was not comfortable giving away details as to what car I drove without the necessary assurances. Not cool guys. You give genuine research companies a bad name. Still dont know what the end goal was. Train your staff properly and act responsibly and transparently.
The place was dirty and smelly we checked out immediately. Still waiting to get a refund. Not sure how Vitality Travel and Booking.com can keep this place on their sites as a 4 star. Definitely one star. Photos must have been taken 10 years ago!
Having cancelled a data contract last year October and having received confirmation from Vodacom as such. I have now received a poor credit rating for "late payment" on a cancelled contract for the past 6 months. Best still no one can help me. no joy from accounts/legal. All working from home and cant be called directly. No one has called me. Come on Vodacom this is no way to do business. I would expect better service from a mature business such as yours.
Have just been handed over to lawyers when their accounts person mailed the wrong email address and made no event whatsoever to follow up with us with a phone call on an outstanding account before going legal. Come on Dr Cornish you can do better than this. A touch a humility and a genuine apology would have been appreciated.
