Kindly explain why is it that they couldn’t accept my 50c and 10c as payment towards my meal? I purchased a mean worth R127.95 from Asanda Ntombizikhona on the 8 January 2025 22:30. Upon making a payment she declined and said the franchise doesn’t accept 50c and 10c coins. How ? Yet the bill shows 95c? She refused to take the payment. The initial payment was 1 x R100 note , 1 x R20 note , 3 x R2 coins , 1 x R1 coin , 1 x 50c coin and 5 x 10c coins. How can this payment be problematic? Also please teach her customer service skills , her attitude really was unacceptable. It was as if she doesn’t want to work and we were there to annoy her. Luckily my partner had other coins to make a payment .
Good day there , I have till slips of what I have purchased at Charlesville Tops / Liquor Land. On both occasions no stickers were provided as they claim to not have stock , I want my 57 stickers to be able to claim my container. I sent an email last week and no response to date.
I’m so disappointed by Mr Barrel at Spar Mandalay. I visited Spar Tops Crawford where I participated in the Collect Nutrifresh Free promo and managed to fill in all 70 stickers. Upon visiting Spar Mandalay which is opposite my house to collect my prize because the booklet was full on the 3/9/2025 he refused to assist. Claimed that HR needed to authorise him to assist with giving me the “Container/Prize”. How is that so? I honestly felt undermined as it was made to seem as if I had ****** the stickers and wasn’t worthy of getting what was rightfully mine and honestly earned. I requested he give me Spars head office email address so that I can communicate and find out what the issue might be. He tried explaining a bunch of hogwash which irked me and I decided to leave because now all of a sudden he showed interest since I mentioned that I wanted to email his superiors in regards to the promo and what he had said. I’m really upset and don’t think Spar or Mr. Kadar will be seeing my face or getting a cent of my money after this pathetic service. I’m trashing this booklet and ensuring this reaches most of my social platforms.
The worst customer service ever! Imagine buying pizza from a cashier that has a thinking attitude ? Doesn’t greet , very moody and just responds with one word answers. Purchased pizza on the 31 March 2025 at your Goodwood branch , so disappointed that when I gret the lady who was supposed to assist me she didn’t reply. I asked her about the pizza prices and she seemed so jot interested in being here. In future please avoid employing people who don’t to work!
False advertising! Why show online that the price of Jameson Select case for R3999 but upon check in it shows R6000? I’m annoyed , I needed to buy a case but now can’t because of your false advertising!
Good day Complaints Department I trust this email finds you well. I’m emailing with such a lot of anger and disappointment due to the disrespect I’ve received from your employee Nosipho Mdingi (Shoprite Mandalay - Thembokwezi) While I was shopping (28 January 2025) with my mom we decided to buy some ham and a few items that were needed , Nosipho assisted us which was fine. Thereafter as we were headed towards the 10 items and less till I took some cheese at the dairy isle unaware that she was following us. So I decided to calculate whether or not the funds at hand were enough to take all the items we had in our trolley. Unfortunately funds weren’t enough so I substituted the ham with the cheese as headed to the till. Nosipho Mdingi shouted: Nosipho: “ Heh ntombanzana ndini kuthini un***i jikisanga leh ham?” My response: “ Ndiyshiyeh efridgini so ayizomoshakala plus mali yam bizashota” Nosipho: “ Ibizashota? Ooooh ngapindeh uthenge kwa Shoprite xa ungena mali yevha?” As she walks away I follow here , head to the deli counter and see a photo of her placed on the wall jot down her name and surname. She then panics and grips onto me pleading saying it was a joke she would never say such. She begs me not to report her , I proceed telling her I will continue and report you. She heads to the bakery shouting out “ aaaisuka yi customer sanumhoya “. As I leave with anger I come across a great gentleman by the name of Mark. I ask him to assist with information as to how I can lay a complaint he pleads I explain but since I’m upset I ask for his number and promise to WhatsApp him. Headed to the till pay and leave. I must say throughout all the years of shopping at Shoprite I’ve noticed it’s always our people of colour who treat us like trash at your branches. It’s honestly heart wrenching to go shopping not knowing what’s next in terms of the appauling service. If Nosipho honestly doesn’t have people skills or doesn’t like her job she needs to jump ship and let the young blood move in and work. I’m so pleased with the service offered by Aviwe at your Canal Walk branch. Give that man a bonus every month! It’s been such a mission to get a simple shirt couriered from your Menlyn store to Canal Walk. We were let down by Wesly at the V&A and Loyiso at Canal Walk , empty promises were made in terms of helping us get the garment on time however no one got back to me. My calls were avoided everytime I tried following up at the store. Luckily after visiting the store on numerous occasions we came across Aviwe in store explained what happened. He thereafter took my details and ensured he will have the matter sorted. He called back a few days later explaining the courier process and reassuring that the garment was on it’s way. Good Lord it took this man a few days to get this sorted , he deserves a raise. He loves what he does and really knows how to take care of customers, so wish the rest of the staff had the same outlook.
Someone better call me now with feedback. I’m not happy with the service at your canal walk branch in Cape Town . My partner and I requested that this Men’s PJC SS Printed Shirt Aqua in a Large be couriered from Menlyn to CPT since we bought the trouser , guess what ? No one has made contact with us to explain what’s going on . Why the hold up ? We have the shorts just need the top. POLO South Africa .. make it happen need it sent to Canal Walk Cape Town by Friday we leaving the country Sunday.
The worst customer service received at your Canal Walk branch in Cape Town. On the 12 December 2024 I went in store to purchase a taser gun , the coloured or Muslim guy offered a pathetic service. After paying he didn’t even provide me with a plastic bag I had to request for one , I’m gonna return this thing when I come back next week. I’m filled with disgust at how he made it look like I was there to beg with my partner yet we were there to buy. Someone needs to call me and have this **** returned asap. I want my money back , sies .
I want to say big ups to Ettion at Ultra Parow for thr wonderful service.. this includes Wendy and Amamda at Goodwood. These people are always willing to help and happy to see me. Keep up the good work mates and hope you are rewarded with a fat bonus for showing your customers love.
