Thank you for sending the technician named Lucky out, i am EXTREMELY impressed with the service he gave us, and how he explained everything! And his knowledge of the system and problems,he knows what he is doing!! I am less impressed with the remote service received as it took 2 weeks of begging and pleading and numerous reports and hours of call to actually get them to send someone out to assist, to find out there was actually a problem.
Haanim was extremely friendly and very helpful in taking out the property insurance and life insurance

I returned 2 products with the 1st driver, takealot (Leandra B) confirmed on email the driver has both the returns (and in the original boxes) - Takealot only refunded me for 1, this is absolutely ridiculous! It was a duplicated order, and the second product didn't fit, as per takealot terms and conditions you can return for any reason as long as everything is in the same condition - I want my money back or i will take further action - Return Ref: MRRN-GAZR8-5OMA and MRRN-D5V6Q-YZW5

I have been waiting almost 3 months for you to replace my washing machine, it was escalate to management, then the replacement was being delivered from the coast - your service is **** - I have recommended so many people and have several appliances with you and I will never rent from you again! When you want your money then it must be paid immediately or you come and collect it. Reference TJ0021799
I purchased an item and wanted a refund - i was told on the 9th November i will get my refund in 5-10 working days. It is the 5th December and no one is replying to me when i send emails. My query was replied to by Primrose M. My order number is 52117. If i don't get my money in this week i will be going to the ombudsman
R200 didn't come off my account because there was no money available - So FNB changed me #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS honoring fee of R200 - when i chatted to someone they said my account was already in arrears, but my pay came in the same day and everything came off except the R200 - I am not paying R200 for R200 that did not go through, either this gets sorted out or I am changing banks
