This business is a ****. They advertise black, grey, green and red 15mm Rubber mats on facebook at R375 per block. Online they indicate it is R415 per block. When i asked on whatzup if they can deliver and install in Centurion they send me a quote where they charge R575 per block. They are not an hinest business and say that the pricing was black friday pricing. Black friday was November 2025 but they still advertise the R375 daily on facebook market place. They are not honest.
The quality of Volpes linen is **********. We bought R10,000 worth of new linen last year September. We have multiple sets and only washed it between 4-6 times since purchasing. Every Volpes piece has stains on it as if we used jik or bleach but we use normal liquid omo dispenced automatically by the washing machine- nothing else. I will not buy from them again as this is also not the first time, all our older pieces has the same stains and non of you Mr Price and Boardmans pieces has similar stains and those are much older and washed in the same bundle.
I am beyond frustrated with AIS and feel completely disrespected as a customer. Once they have your money, they are full of empty promises and deliver absolutely no customer care. I strongly advise against using this company for your aluminium needs. On May 16th, 2025, I booked and paid for the installation of an aluminum door. I specifically confirmed with Claire that the installation needed to happen on July 1st, 2025, and confirmed that measurements would be taken on May 26th, 2025, at the house I'm buying. This appointment was confirmed on email. I emphasized that we only had access from 3 PM due to a tenant, so punctuality was crucial. AIS never showed up for the measurements, not even responding or letting me know. Despite their initial no-show, I contacted Claire again on June 11th, 2025, reminding her of the July 1st installation date and the still-outstanding measurements. I requested they send someone on June 13th, 2025, at 3 PM. Claire confirmed their contractor would be there, and he even personally called me to confirm. However, after reading online reviews, I became sceptical. On Friday, June 13th, at 9:47 AM, I messaged Claire on WhatsApp, asking her to remind the contractor to be on time, especially since it was a Friday. She confirmed she did. I also messaged the contractor, Mitch, but he was unresponsive. I then called him at 1 PM to confirm his punctuality, which he did. Then, at 2:30 PM, Mitch called me to say they would be 75 minutes late because they were stuck in traffic. This is despite my clear warnings about being on time and the predictable Friday traffic in SA. They didn't even offer an excuse or an apology for wasting my time after happily taking my money. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of AIS. Choose a company that actually values its clients and can deliver on its promises.
I made and paid for a booking. Unfurtunaltely i selected a check-in dateon 31 March but need the booking for today (17march). I immidiately esculated to get this corrected. But Agoda refuses to change the date. I am standing in the hotel who is willing to change the date but Agoda still refuses.
OMW!!!!!!!! This is the worst online shop. I honestly do not understand why Sterns and American Swiss would close their own websites and let sales go through Bash. Ive been trying to purchase juwelry from both stores (and it shows there are stock) for 3 days with absolutely NO success. A startup company like Bash can sink the online sales channels of well established brands. Steer away fron this sales platform. Its useless.
Definitely the best insurance for your pet in SA. Been a client for over 3 years and never had a problem with claims or customer service. Great value for your money and proud to promote Dotsure all the time. Well done Dotsure, you have a great team! Value the employees you have, they are rare!
Stay away! The website of this company did not show that a product is out of stock. They closed office before christmas 2022 and only reopened on 9 Jan 2023. They failed to update me on delivery or confirmed processing. I needed to phone them well over 10 times without answering their telephone, email or whatzup line. I finally got hold of a sales consultant who at first did not want to refund and now days later say it will take between 8 to 10 days to refund. Holding customers hostage by funding their unpaid expenses. Its only excuse after excuse. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Its truly the worst online shopping experience is ever had.
As a private client of FNB it is always such a hassle and frustration to get proper service from the Private suite or to get hold of my appointed banker. After spending countless minutes on a call and being transferred to various departments in June 2021 to simply update my Home Loan debit order date, it was 'changed'- think again - I have wasted my time as it was not changed like requested and confirmed by the call agent. If your bank can't execute a simple request, you realise that it is time to move onto another Bank. WFH is not doing FNB employees any good - the work quality definitely deteriorates.
I have been trying to get hold of the Private client Home Loan department for 2 DAYS!!!!! No one is answering the phone and when i finally got through on day 2 the person said i should hold on so she can process my debit order date change. I kept on waiting for 6 minutes where after i hanged up! This is absolutely absurd! If my home loan goes of an the date with no money in my account FNB will reverse any and all penalties i received for failed debit orders.
On 4 January 2021 I cancelled vehicle cover. On 1 January a premium was rightfully taken from my account. I have phoned Outsurance 3 times since cancellation to question the refund. Each time they confirmed that refund according to their system was made on 5 January 2021. They are unable to provide any proof of payment though. The alleged refund was never received in my bank account till date. As a long loyal claim free client, i am disgusted with this treatment.
