My friends and I , including our teacher from 2001 went for a bite to eat at Ocean basket in Vangate mall. The food was Fabulous and it was everybodies first time to eat there. Then the horror part was the Cheese cake for dessert!!!! Horiible to the core, when we reported it to the manager he gave some story about the tempreture....we have pictures of this cheesecake....we wasted R160. Bad service delivery. Our bill was R1300...but we won't be supporting Ocean basket again!
We over bought on stock for the Sports Day of our school. Mr Noshaad was kind enough to assist us in taking back the stock we had over. No hassles No worries. I came into promenade mall to query about my insurance on my cell phone. And to my dismay Zevenwacht Foschini brought me as a customer to shame. So a beautiful lady from foschini promenade Kaashiefa introduced me to a Wonderful WOMAN named Esmeralda the manager of American Swiss. This Esmeralda went out of her merry way to make me a happy customer. Where do we get SUCH extraordinary Customer service. It took her time and patients but I take my hat off to her. Please keep up this a awesome service you can teach MANY AREA MANAGERS EVEN REGIONAL MANAGERS A THING OR TEN. MAY THEY UPLIFT YOU TO AREA MANAGER BECAUSE YOU WORTH IT!!!
My 67yr old mom bought 2 R20 pizzas and it tastes like rubber. I had a sore tummy after mine. In still have left to prove how terrible it was. Then I call a day later an the Thursday Evening manager asks Me Why didn't I call the day I bought it. What a nerve DAMN fool. Debonairs sucks for Customer Service an that from a Manager Wow just FLIPPEN wow.
Once again, we have been scammed. They say free, no chargers. Hence the R395 deduction. Who in their right mind that is LOOKING for money will want to pay somebody so much Money to find a company?????!!! Horrible, the Ombudsman should really Deal with this people who take Advantage of Desperate people like us. Disgusted to the Core!!!!
So we drive all the way to Montague Gardens to Makro for chicken. We enter ask for leaflets but we are told there is none.But then we see more specials in store and wonder how are we going to know what's going on. We carry on browsing each isle and this Irritating Hyster keeps on coming whilst we are busy shopping!!! Wow terrible. Then I ask a lady if she has a spare catologue and no but calls the desk to ask where the catalogues is. I ask her to sho me exactly and check the security! We then leave and proceed to the till point, whereby we leave the store and Makro even has a security check at the door....I get home and my Kids bag of Niknaks is not in the trolley that the packer packed. I was furious because R150 petrol to drive out again for my kids chips Pathetic. Makro Makro, you may think that this is petty, but Customer service is suppose to be Top Notch in such a Huge Retailer.
Walked into Game zevenwacht Mall with a return to refund and then the consultant natalie petersen not being the first time tells me that she has to do all sorts of checks, treats me as if I stole the damn stuff and I ask her why does she treat me shit, she says I should move over to the other consultant and let her contact the manager because \she knows how I get when I don't get my way"I'm so stunned by that because who gives her the right to speak to me like that the damn customer...so I take it the last time I reported her she was not taken to task!!!! She needs to go for customer service therapy. Super irrate"""
The for the past time (months) my brother has a Massive bill of over R2000. He is currently on a Talk R240 package which is R430pm. To my knowledge as I have worked for Autopage is that n monitor the customers, for example if he is using 600 minutes consistently then shouldn't he be made aware and offered a higher package that will suit his needs and Save him money??? It seems as Customer Service has Really gone Down the Drain with Vodacom.
Bought a pair of catterpillars for R1350 on the 12 May 2015. Brought it back because it was damaged. Then the cashier credited the shoe back onto the credit card and we went to Parow Centre to purchase the other shoe (Markhams). The refund did not reflect immediately but we purchased it again with the credit card. Until this very day going for 2 months phoning back and fourth after the store and Area Manager Charmaine, the money has still not been put back???!!!! Markhams claims that it was but the Investigation that was compiled was Useless to begin with.
Walk into Makro looking for a clothes rack dryer. Everybody is on there own buzz, so cold towards the customers, No Smiles, No greeting just Horrible. Then as we are about to leave and then a gentleman Craig April asks if he can assist and he goes that extra mile by taking us to the exact item and discounting the price to the previous sale price as it ended the Sunday. Big high Five sir. You really saved the day.
