SACAI -Don't Care Attitude
This WEBSITE should have been opened this morning. NOT YET OPENED . They shorten the time frame for applicants by enhancing the system now. THEY DISPLAY A Don't Care Attitude This was their message as of last week "We are in the process of enhancing our system to streamline the registration process for candidates seeking to: Request rechecking of scripts Request remarking of scripts Register for subject rewrites Website will be available again on the 27th of January 2025. SACAI ONLINE - **** MATRIC 2024 MARKING
I am seeking clarification regarding poor marking/capturing. SACAI is aware of the situation. Many, many students and parents have complained. WHAT ARE YOU THEY DOING ABOUT IT? Other than asking learners to PAY for remark / rewrite and viewing of the papers. Is this a **** to make money? When were the markers employed and how much training they have. Who captured the marks and what training did they have. Being a non-profit organisation where is the support? My daughter has been with UCT- online high school since 2022. Her results have been consistent. She wrote matric in 2024 through SACAI. Her SBA should account for 25% of her marks. Then how do you justify 28% final mark for math's. I am sure you will agree that this mark is incorrect. We are seeking answers from SACAI and UCT Online high school. The repercussion of SACAI POOR MARKING /CAPTURING is Immense. Due to our children's financial and academic future. I together with the other parents are looking at a " CLASS ACTION " against SACAI and UCT Online High School.

Ordered a Dell laptop on 01 March 2023 . BOB 21553967 . Confirmed stock is on hand , after 9 days its not even invoiced. No Tracking No. BIDORBUY (BOB Shop) rated Firstshop very highly. No or lack of communication . Why is this happening . Why are you throwing your customers away. POOR .

EUROPE ASSIST / SMH CAR HIRE/ Jaguar S.A
I have a breakdown on 10 June 2022 . Called Jaguar as my vehicle was under warranty and they put me on to Europe Assist to help with an hired vehicle . I have owned 5 Jaguars to date and never before used the Jaguar road side assist . Europe assist was excellent in arranging the hired vehicle from SMH Car Hire .- Gauteng . I WONDER Why as I am based in KZN. SMH Car Hire asked me to pay a refundable security fee of R2500 . I used the hired vehicle from the 10 june 2022 UNTIL 29 June 2022 . I returned the vehicle to Jaguar -PMB as arranged . Vehicle was cleaned , refueled and Sanitized before I returned it. My refundable security fee of R2500 was NOT returned until I queried it on 12 July 2022 . I am now told I have to pay for extras which include E-Toll of R706.84 and Sanitation of R287.50 . TOTAL R994.34 . Remember , I have NOT hired this vehicle from Gauteng as I live in KZN . Why do I have to pay for e -toll for SMH to deliver to me ? I NEVER WENT PAST AN E-TOLL gantry . I believe its a rip off and a scam and I don't agree with them as I did not hire the vehicle . I would have NEVER hired a vehicle fm Gauteng in the first place . Europe Assist and Jaguar S.A have to look into this issue and arrange my full refund. The manager believe he contacted me to explain the T’s and C’s beforehand. I would like to hear the recording where he explained to me that I will have to pay for e-toll fees for his company to deliver to me and the e-toll fees will be deducted fm my refundable deposit ,and a date of same . THIS IS A SCAM AND A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO STEAL . GIVE IT UP SMH CAR HIRE . JAGUAR & EUROPE ASSISST you should have your clients interest at heart .

FRUIT LOVERS MARKET, PIETERMARITZBURG
Hi Everybody, yesterday I purchased a box of Taco Cones from Food Lovers Market, Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg. However, when I arrived home I realised the sell by date on the box is 29/03/2021. Today is 14 April 2021. I cannot believe Food Lovers Market has this expired item still on their shelve. Over and above buying fruit and veg. that's are rotting. I am now subjected to buying items that are clearly expired. I have contacted the manufactures Garner Wafer & Confectionery and waiting for a response. Regards Richard

Illegal letting
Hi , I recently booked a place at The Pearls that booking.com advertised. My booking no. 3670443804 We traveled around 100 km to get there . Upon arrival we were given the keys and let into the accommodation . We were later asked to do biomatric. Thereafter my family and I were treated like common criminals . Apparently, the premises were let to us illegally and the owners were not allowed to sublet the place . We were constantly on the phone trying to arrange suitable replacement accommodation . Although, we received a refund from your company it was not good enough as we had to pack up and leave the premises . Due to the fact that the place is self catering we purchased a lot of stuff that we put into the fridge and freezer . Therefore, you did not offer us a suitable replacement .It was my 60th Birthday and booking .com put a spanner in the works . Your company has ruined what was supposed to be a day to remember. . You was supposed to check the legality of what you offer the public.
