A rooter was installed and activated by MetroFibre in the morning of 6 March at my place in Zambezi Retirement Village nr 159. The technician repeated the problem that the system had no internet. After hours no reaction! In the morning on 7 March still no internet! I contacted MetroFibre but the friendly girl could not see what the problem was. I asked to speak to the MD but she said she cannot give me a number. She promised that someone will contact me in 24 HOURS! If MetroFibre has the ability to give better service I am sure the MD will contact me to give assurance there of. If this is the quality of service one can never use MetroFibre.
During the night 20-21 Jan 2024 my wife EC du Toit, ID 4406080061083 had a black out, fell and had a bleeding head wound. At Med 24 Montana Emergency round about 02:00 dr Mthembu treated her and inserted wound stitches, but she did not leave it at that! She ordered a brain scan and when she got it back identified blood on the brain and sent her to Neuro ICU. My wife was operated and the blood removed. Dr Mthembu's timely action saved my wife's life! She is recovering very nicely and it is all thanks to dr Mthembu's walking the next mile with her patient. We will never be able to thank her properly for how she treated my wife!
The back of my car was damaged in an accident. My broker, sent the car to Midcity Auto Body. The car was returned in perfect condition, like new! All work was performed and paintwork was done free from defects. They completed the work of the highest standard and to my total satisfaction.

Taxtim did my tax for some time but suddenly I can't get into their website. I tried several times on their question asked but could not get any help. They don't have any direct contact numbers on their website! It would help a lot if they can contact me on my cel
After using Whatsapp for more than 15 years, suddenly I get a message that it have to be updated. When I try to update I am asked for the password for an email address I stopped using more than 10 years ago. I could not get the password and my Whatsapp expired! When I contacted Whatsapp Support I was notified that they will contact me in working days. Not good enough. In the meantime I switched over to Signal with no problems. I would have liked Whatsapp Support to solve the problem immedaitely.
I am using MTN for several years with no problems. I have a contract to provide me with 500 minutes airtime on the 5th of every month. Everything went smoothly until 5 April 2023. Suddenly I am told I ran out of airtime just after the 5th, and had to buy airtime but my subscription was staying the same. I tried everything possible on their website but can't get a number to call or any place to try and correct the problem. I went to their shop in The Kolonnade, Pretoria but they could only say that their is no problem and could not help. At this moment there is no one and nowhere I can go with this problem!!
I bought an electric blanket from Mr Price Home at Kolonnade, Pretoria in March 2022. We started using it in June 2022. In August one of the switches got faulty. I went to the store but they told me that they guarantee for three months only. I asked them to find our where I can buy a new switch but no response. I also sent an email to Mr Price Home help@mrp.com. They confirmed receipt and promised to 'chat soon'. The next I received an email that the matter was solved, but no one even contacted me! I responded to Mr Price Home that the matter was not solved but no response from them! I will appreciate if the can let me know where to buy a new switch for the blanket.
For the last 9 years I got my glasses and contact lenses from Torga at The Kolonnade, Pretoria. I could not wish for better treatment than what I got from Lizelle de Klerk. She is very professional, friendly, sympathetic and helpful. She goes out of her way to make you understand the treatment, listen patiently and keep you informed of progress. She personally let you know when the glasses and contact lenses are ready.
I am trying to contact RCI for days but after holding for an available guide, every time the call is cut off. Is there any other way of contacting RCI or are they out of business?
