I just want to change my bank details. When i call there callcenter, after 20min, they put me in the back of the queue again. When i chat to there bot, there is no option to change it. I feel like if this is not settled in 2 days, i want to move my policies. Please people stay away, dont get into this company
We lay bye a microwave. After 3 months we were told they sold everything and gave our money back. Very unfair and therefore will never support them again
I will never use Temu as long as they make use of GFS. They took 45 days to deliver only because I kept on insisting for an update and they marked my order as delivered days before it was delivered.
They are despicable. Gave a R300 credit card, yet I have no debt or bad credit record. Dont waste your time, stick to the regulars
They gave me a R300 credit card and convinced me that after 3 months they will up the limit. It's 4 months later and they now say i dont qualify, yet I dont owe nobody nothing and not behind in anything. The charge R155 per month fees for this card. They really taking people for a ride. I dont see this succeeding as a bank, stick to the regulars people
You advertise *****s with your deals, you know very well people dont even get what was advertised as I only did a review after I paid. Who you keep in your corner is what makes you. You lost another client for good
I logged a complaint with standard bank, I recieved a email to say it was being looked into. I was wrong about this bank, as they still haven't looked into my issue , a month later not even got back to me regarding my issue.
You need to watch out for businesses that sell though Amazon. You also need to be VERY careful when you transact through Amazon with these businesses. . The product advertised was a high-quality branded item. What I was sent was a cheap knock-off, NOT the one described in detail and name-branded on Amazon. i will rather stick to takealot as till now, not even a response from Amazon
I change my bank details. The payjustnow app would not accept my new card. I emailed them, with no response to date, I tried using the chat bot, which turned out to be so useless. I called them, and when I get infront of the que, I get disconnected. Someone from best buy tyres helped me add my new card, and by then payjustnow added almost R400 in interest. If they were just there as a customer support service, I would not have to pay the additional fees as I wanted to pay them on time. Even now, it's the next month already, and yet to still here from my email response even. Very poor service all round
My wife got ill today after 5pm, upon getting to the doctor, to find out Unity can only assist 8am to 5pm. So we not allowed to get sick after 5pm. No need to reply, we need a new provider. I hope you dont wait until you loose 1000s of people before you decide to change things
