I've settled my Mobicred account, but despite multiple phone calls and emails to Zamile, I've yet to receive my paid-up letter. Mobicred claims they sent it on September 15th, but it's nowhere to be found. The lack of response from Zamile is unacceptable, especially considering how aggressive they are when you're behind on payments. The service is subpar, and it's disappointing
I have a loan with Nedbank that I couldn't pay due to unforeseen circumstances, and my account was handed over to NRB. I made a new arrangement with NRB, and they started debiting my account. However, Nedbank still processed two debit orders, and now neither party is willing to assist me in getting a refund. Can I please get my refund as soon as possible? I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of cooperation from both Nedbank and NRB.

Playstogo is not good at all. When you register and deposit money, they accept your deposit immediately, but when it's time for you to withdraw your winnings, it's a hassle to get your payout. They'll send you on a wild goose chase, telling you that you need to inquire with your bank. They better change their withdrawal process , or they'll lose a lot of clients. Please don't use this site – their customer service is useless, and they'll all give you the same story.
Avoid Superbetsport ! They've verified my account, but now they're blocking my withdrawal. Chat support claims they're "busy verifying" despite already being verified. Looks like they're more interested in keeping your winnings than paying out. Be cautious!

Vodacom hand over my account to Masingita Jacobs Murnard that I do not pay my account while I have upgraded my account and they are the one who who phoned me and advised on the upgrade and now my account has moved to business. I am paying the certain potion of my contract same with my company. Can u please remove my account from the collection company and clear my name on the credit record?
Good day I have applied for a credit increase at absa via internet banking, the phoned me and requested the supporting docs ( bank statement and payslip). I did sent those document, then they sent me a msg that my application was approved and they have the confirmation of receiving the docs. After that they kept quiet, the following day I called them. The consultant told me that they haven't received my docs and my application wasn't approved. Thats bad service coz I did sent them my docs , I've been banking with for solng I wasn't expecting this from them

My virgin Active account was handed over to MBD. I made payments to them. the last time i called them was when i asked for my balance so that i settle the account.I was told that i needed to pay R817.35 & R1067.80, i made payment of R820 & R1068 and called them to get a settlement letter and was told that the payment needs to reflect on their bank before they can send it,. bnow they've sent a msg that i owed them 97 for the other account which i have already paid.<br> please send me the settlement letter and delete my banking details in your system because i dont owe you a cent. im so gaatvol with your crap system. and stop sending me msgs that i owe you.
