The massage is so different, some painful, but really provides relief.
I have tried purchased a Patio set online on 5th August for R3499 on special using my account. It had declined due to insufficient balance however I am willing to top up the balance with cash. Online it shows I am allowed to complete the payment until 20th August at the promotional price before the order will cancel however the system does not allow you to use multiple payments. On 6th August now the special is now over. I can only go instore - which the promotion also ran in - to sort out payment however Makro is not willing to assist me as I am not eligible to get the promotional price now unless I do it online. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE????
Hello - Pretoria branch I app**** with VIP service on 3rd May 2023 - and waited four hours to be helped (whilst pregnant) despite having a 10am booking. The people in the normal line were all helped faster than us in VIP. My colleague app**** a day before me - and has received her visa on 8th May yet I am still waiting for feedback. What are we paying for? So frustrated and I am being told there is nobody who can help!
It was a great experience! Was pleasantly surprised. There was a faulty item sent - however they issues a refund on the product seamlessly. Will be buying again soon!
They have a loyalty program and I have been collecting stamps up until last month where I completed my card and now the owner says unfortunately they do not use the card anymore - so I don't qualify for my 10% back on the ten treatments I paid for over the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All that time waiting to be helped and money lost ! I was a client for many years until this and I am quite disappointed.
I ordered a hair product (this was during the whole hair saga on social media) and my product was literally delivered on the second day after I placed my order. It was the first time I ever bought online and I think it was amazing! Well done!
They have the best delivery service! Orders literally come within 2-3 days and it is one of the fastest companies in my experience :)
They emailed me about 40 percent of a price of a product I have been after... And when clicking the link it's 32 percent. They keep sending reminders to me about the 40 percent price.. I tried to take it up with them and they said that they cannot honor it. Pathetic service
I have been trying to get assistance regarding my cell c contract since 4th September. Received one call to date to say they working on it. The Facebook team is the only team who responds to keep telling me someone will contact me??? What kind of service is this? They charged me for two months of not having any wifi and will not refund me. My contract was cancelled for one of those months but yet I was still charged!!!!!
Their Wifi/LTE has been down for months apparently - but mine was effected from the end of August . I have sat without wifi for the entire month of September yet still was charged? This is ridiculous
