The service levels at the Platterkloof store is next level. The plumbing department has a female assistant and she is well trained in her department and always giving the correct advice and product. Well please with this service
Bad service from the start, they are quick to take your money 2 April 2025 for product but then you need to follow up with courier services and with their "customer service" on your goods and then I still get the run around and lame excuses on why there is a delay. The goods arrived weeks later and when I returned it to sender I was asked why by the agent after I had to chase my own parcel. Then I told them I no longer have need for it. I requested a refund 2 May 2025, today 21 May I still did not receive any refund or feedback. They have no idea what customer service is??here was a negative star rating they would get a (minus) -10 from me. Poor service, I wonder if they are legit???
Weak fibre speed. I am on 75mbps up and down but when I do a speed test 2.0mbps down and 1.22mbps up and i a paying R849 per month. I cannot get through to an agent to question it. They quick to contact you when you want to sign up but cannot respond to a query. They are just a poor as their fibre speed
Great service and friendly staff always giving expert advice on their product and also recommending other businesses if they cannot help with a query. Great products at affordable prices. Good for business
The Shell Garage cnr of 18th Ave and Voortrekker Road Kensington,Western Cape allows customers to enter the shop in pajamas on a regular basis, this is unhealthy and low standards accepted by the Service Stayion. It seems as I they just concerned about making money and not protecting the Brand Image
On the 15th March,the towing company Compass s****ped my Ford Fiesta and took off the side mirror on the passenger side of the vehicle. The driver at the time denied it and told my wife who was the driver at the time that she was at fault when he was the one who was driving on the wrong side of the road tying to get to an accident scene before another towing company gets to the scene, I drove on the wrong side of the road into on coming traffic when he took off the side mirror, When my wife confronted him he was quick to say my wife was at fault. The owner/manager is known as Graeme and the reg no. CAA 262776 was their vehicle in involved. When I went to the scene they tried to convince me my wife was wrong and showed no concern that I now need to drive with a missing side mirror. After I had to run around getting pricing as the Ford is not insured he just casually tells me via Whatsapp that he will give all the details to his insurance which is 10 days later and still no response from Compass or their insurance. I had to get another mirror because it is difficult to drive in traffic with no side mirror.
Bad customer service from all staff. On the November 22nd,i visited the store in Paarden Eiland around 10a.m.. I made my way to the technical counter ,the staff at the counter was all busy on their computers, there was no customers at the counter, they do not make any eye contact or acknowledge a customer standing and waiting to be helped, I then went to another counter and there staff was busy as well even though the store was not busy, one was on the phone and still no eye contact ,the staff member ended the call and walked off without showing any interest. I asked the cleaner if the staff was working and she said yes but yet nobody showing any interest. Staff and security are visible but also invisible. I will never visit that store or recommend it to anyone looking for electrical parts. I will direct them elsewhere instead
Discrimination I just want to raise the topic of discrimination towards my small business made by the above mentioned Property Group . I run and manage a small business JR Trading t/a Ree-Roofing & Maintenance within the construction industry and had the opportunity to quote DE Kock Property Group for some waterproofing at one of their properties. On my quote it clearly states that I am not a VAT Vendor and that my prices excludes VAT. They paid a deposit as requested on the quote,a few days later I was told by the Group to hold on and not proceed because of certain concerns from the owner and trustees involved wat the one property. It was mentioned that I am not VAT registered and that they cannot deal with "Bakkie Builders". My response to that remark was that if one builder is VAT registered and owns a bakkie and another builder is not VAT registered also owns a bakkie... It makes both builders "Bakkkie Builders" They then respond with a cancellation of the job. I am offended to the remarks made because it is sad that small businesses gets treated in this manner who is out to render a honest service and establish a business. We decided to refund with a handling fee and call out fee which they not happy with but decided to give full refund and take the loss from our supplier because we had to order the raw materials as per the specifications for this job. We have relationships with many businesses and contractors and not once we're we labelled as "Bakkie Builders"
Telephone lines mixed up. Keep calling,selecting 1 for retail, get through to someone else who keeps transfering my call but ends upcutting my call for 5 times in a row
Todaybi went to the Brackenfell store for the first time. When I came into the building,it was not busy,only someone at the cash office counter. No clients at the sales desk. I was standing there while a sales lady was so interested in her computer screen she did not even acknowledge me standing there.. I made a call to a friend and yet she made no contact. Her phone rang and she answered it not even looking my way. All I wanted to ask was if they will cut my own wood to size while I wait. I went to the Builders Warehouse in Cape Gate and they were so efficient they gave me excellent service. I will never refer anyone or my clients to go to that store.
