This is the 4th time in a few months I'm writing about them.Purchased a faulty stove from them last year and ever since I got it its a nightmare,guys from defy changed the housing for the plates 3 times and after a single use the entire thing jus gets wopped.The last email to hello peter gt makro to get defy to contact me,the manager from defy wasn't in the least bit helpful and according to him he wil contact head office and get back to me,which he didn't,instead he sends me a msg to say matter has been resolved,which is a lie.Its like the same story wit them everytym.
I'm a very good customer of shein clothing and they use Buffalo logistics as their courier company.Every order that I made which comes in a box,is perfect.If the order comes in a plastic bag the courier guys find a way of *****ing an item,n they make sure it's only 1.I have had items ****** 3 times so far,today was the 3rd.There is really no way of getting a hold of the courier company,their whatsapp and emails go unanswered. It's a bonus for the guys who deliver n ***** but a lost to us
Bought a deft 4 plate hob last year,up to date I am having endless issues with it.The housing for the plates it's wopped so bad,it was changed twice already.A pot doesn't even sit nycly on the stove when cooking.I messaged the customer care 2 days after the second housing was installed and til now,no response.
Purchased a defy stove top in July 2022,2 months later the housing for the plates started to bulge and it was impossible to cook as the pots couldn't sit flush on da plates,1 plate also stopped working.Called makro numerous times and was told I'm not on the system n the can't pic me up,they gve me the run around til March 2023,sum1 came tru and replaced the housing.Same story,the housing is bulging again,I have sent numerous emails to makro and to date,no1 has contacted me.The most *********** bunch of people in customer service
Purchased a brand new Asus laptop for my son on Friday,according to the sales guy it was on special for R5000 and it was the last item.He asked why we needed it so my son explained it was for varsity,he said it was an excellent buy.We Purchased laptop n started in up on Saturday, it took forever to come on,the screen was glitching,apps took like 10 to 15 mins to open n it was jus freezing.We tried calling the store but the fone jus rings,eventually sum1 answered and transfered us tru to the department, only for the call to be dropped.We went into store on Monday wit laptop, we were told no exchange or refund, they wil send it in for 21days to get checked up.I feel that's so unfair as it wasn't R50 or R500,n for something that's not working now we have to wait a while til we get it back.Sales guy was called in,he said it's not his problem,customer services mus deal wit it,I have always Purchased my electrical items from game store but wit ths experience I definitely wil not frequent the store again
my wifi has been off for the past 2 weeks, we have been calling the customer care more than 3 tyms a day, all consultants are dumb n of no use, they all ask u the same questions n promise to rectify the mistake n call back which they dnt,its really frustrating as its been paid up in full for the month n there us no help from any1. Rain doesn't have a walk in customer care or any reliable people to solve ur issues, WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WIT
good day, jus thought I'd gve a heads up to people wanting to have a meal at ninos Westwood mall. I visited the place today 13 of december, order 2 sirloin wit chips and mushroom sauce on the side. Mushroom sauce was served bfore meal, wen meal arrived chips looked like they were fried over a couple food times and drenched in oil, steak was suppose to be well done, it was red n ******. Meal was sent back and we received same chips, they jus fried it again and the steak was grilled to a state that it was so rubbery it wasn't even edible. My hubby and I jus paid for the meal and left most of it as it wasn't worth the effort of sending the meal to get sorted for the 3rd time
Hi,I purchased a 2 lounge sets 4rm teds home store and noticed it the genuine leather peeling at the beginin of the year,teds took it back and promised 2 replace all areas that were affected,The only thing they did was dye it and now I'm stuck wit it peeling again,When I called them they said it was cow hide and cow hide does that.The only reason I purchased the set was for the fact that it said genuine leather.It is in my main lounge n it is neva used so its definately not wear and tear
Purchased food on the 1st of july at KFC drive tru in raisethorpe pmb.Streetwise 5 had hard burnt chips.Boxmaster had hard and extremely stale hashbrown and fillet.Its was terrible that I couldn't even eat it,my dog had it.Its just so annoying that we spend so much of money and can't enjoy the food we buy
Good day,my husband did transport for hearland cereals in january this year and up until now he hasn't received his full payment.They are a multi million rand company that's supplys almost all the large supermarkets in pmb.Time for payment they claim they have no funds in their account.My husband calls and emails them every single day for his money and up until now they haven't paid him.How can they do that to hard working people,they wanted 2 have their goods transported,now the job is done they dnt want 2 pay
