Been struggling for 2 months to cancel my policy!! Nobody ever contacts back!! They just hung up the phone! Its my right to cancel my policy and seek further legal action! I won't let them get away with this! it's been a nightmare!
Making it impossible to cancel!! I want to cancel and they just never answer the phone when you are waiting to cancel!! It's my right to cancel, so I will be escemating legally! Been struggling for 2 months now!
I have an account but when I log in on the app and online it keeps saying my account is blocked because the card details are incorrect, but they most certainly are not. When I phone or email for help I don't get through to anyone, been 4 weeks now. What a **** service!
I placed an order(#119351243) with take a lot a while ago and until today the delivery date was set for TODAY. Yesterday even, it still showed it would be delivered today, only to have them, on the day of the promised delivery, update the delivery date to the 30th of December. How ****ing pathetic is that for service delivery?? I get its festive season, but come on, on the day of the delivery you want to update the details???!!! What's worse is I was scheduled to receive my new FNB cheque account card which from them on Monday, and this also has yet to be delivered, they promised Monday and nobody showed, no follow up contact was made, just left with 0 communication. An my current one expires on the 22nd of this month, so I wont be able to use my services with my bank either because of this pathetic service delivery company! I do not understand how you cannot hold a promise and then not even communicate with the clients, you are pathetic! Utterly a disgraced performance on more than one occasion by this "world class" company, well Amazon did deliver my order as scheduled 3 times this month, so no, you are not world class or anywhere near ready to make that claim. I sincerely hope you understand that this type of service is what will lose you the contract with FNB if they themselves have any customer satisfaction values.
Took my car in for a service, they did not change the parts they say they did, namely: BRAKES!!!! Fuel Filter!! Now my car cuts out and engine lights come on and I can't drive the car anymore. Absolutely horrendous job and shocking that they would skimp out on all of these things and put their customers' lives at risk. I cannot believe this is how they save on costs. No value for their customer, as long as they save on money.
I created an account and it worked the first day, now I can't log in anymore and I cant check if the tracker is working, can't do emergency notices. When I contact support, my emails go unanswered, they don't pick up a phone. They don't care. The cars have a tracker and whether insurance pays or not, they still get money. Very bad service!
Tried to open a transactional savings account and they initially took me to the wrong department, then after speaking to the consultant and he explained everything to me, he mentioned the details and I told him I want the R29 pm account. He said he'd transfer me to the correct department, and obviously, the call got cut. Then they called back only for there to be no one on the other end. so he puts the phone down and closes the call. This is after waiting more than a month for them to actually call me so I can open an account. Imagine not wanting people to open an account with your bank!! ABSA is the most pathetic bank in SA for a reason and this just proved it again to me! Please just move all your accounts to other banks so ABSA can close, because they are so far behind and pathetic it seems a government institute!
Still not been helped with shares trading account. Ref: 3355717NF I called, they dont answer, when someone did answer, he referred me to a department that put the phone down in my ear and now no one answers anymore. How pathetic is this service? The departments on the phone directory service and the guy answering the phone are clearly not the same, as you just get diverted the whole time, maybe because no one there knows what they actually should be able to do in their job!
I try updating temporary spend limit on the app and it updates successfully only to have it say "monthly spend limit reached" when buying data. for obvious reasons,, calling does not work, and I dont mean Covid-19, I mean calling telkom for assistance has always been useless as they literally dont ever answer. Some of your developers need to be given a warning or fired, because clearly they aren't doing the correct checks on the software!
So I created a share investor account, and nothing is happening and my private banker does not get back to me! I have mailed, tried calling and nothing happens!
