Biggest piece of ******* I have ever owned. DONT BUY THIS BRAND, ITS UTTER GARBAGE. Won't update, apps just bomb out, reloads continuously.
How do they just decide to remove a review WITHOUT even investigating it. I will never use their platform ever again to place a review
Bought a Ortur LM3 laser cutter/engraver mid Oct '23. I had problems with it not cutting circle, looked like 2 halves stuck together. I was getting very angry and frustrated trying to get the problem resolved. At last I came into contact with Michaela from 4Evatech and another gentleman Gil Araújo from Ortur. These two gentleman were professional, courtious and extremely helpful. They persisted with the diagnostics and never gave up. In the end it was fault, I had installed the bush incorrectly. Did I feel like an ass?, yes I did. I would like to show my appreciation to the 2 gentleman and thank them from the bottom of my heart. If more companies had people like this, our world would be a great place. My appreciation is understated.
I bought an Ortur LM3 laser cutter/ engraver over 2 months ago and STILL CANT USE THE MACHINE. All I get told is it will be referred. I bought the machine to start an income stream for myself as I dont have an income. All I xan say from my experience so far, DONT BUY THIS MACHINE. I am now trying to return the machine which is still under warranty but they wont let me know what the process is. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
If I could it would be a negative rating. Takealot sell sellers items that don't work and don't care at all. The seller I bought from has so many negative ratings due his items NOT being compatible. All the say its a non returnable item - so now I am R1250 out of pocket and items I cant use. The worst is the seller cant be contacted at all, NO DETAILS for him - This should not be allowed but I say again "Takealot don't care", they have their money and to h..ll with the rest. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY INCLUDING MY WORST ENEMY
I ordered an HP printer from Takealot and also ordered replacement cartridges at the same time. The cartridges were advertised as compatible. Today I tried to replace the cartridge and now the printer says it's not compatible as it's not original. According to the order, these are not refundable BUT they are advertised as compatible. When looking at the reviews for these items, there are so many negative reviews all complaining about the same problem. Maybe other people can afford to just write off R1229-00 but I am a pensioner and cant afford this. Has anybody got any suggestions? (I tried to contact Takealot via their online "help" system but can't log a return or refund as the item is marked "not refundable) My rating will change once Takealot takes responsibility for this as the seller is deceiving buyers and couldn't care less. In my opinion, Takealot should remove this seller ASAP.
Why does their website have 2 options i.e. 1) Give me a call and 2) Request a quote? when they don't honor it. I want a quote and don't at this stage need to talk to an agent but cant get a quote without talking to an agent. CHANGE your website as you are just collecting people's information to harass call them. YOU DONT offer a quote via your website which is not right
Why aren't ANY of the numbers dialed answered? This is the poorest service I have ever come across and would rate them NEGATIVE 5 if I could. Will NEVER EVER use or EVER recommend them to anybody
Last month (Jan '21) my account was suspended for R57 that I had no idea what it was for. Called MTN, after 4 and half minutes got a person online - asked what was going on, told to hold, held for approx 3 minutes and he comes back, sorry for this but its been rectified, please restart your phone in 10 min. Waited 30 min, restarted, and off we go - thinking thank you MTN. And now I have the exact same problem, paid the account on Fri as normal, come Sat afternoon, and you guessed it right, the account has been suspended again. Go online to see what is the problem and there is the R57 showing again as outstanding. I can not get them to tell me what this is for, so just pay the amount and get on with my life. Paid Monday and now as of today (Thursday) my account is still blocked. Tries calling and gave up after holding on for 6 min of which 4 minutes was for some bl...y Unisa advert - really? do I have to listen to sh.t while phoning from a another subscriber - this has cost me a lot a time and wasted airtime to sort this out. What do I do as I am getting very annoyed with the BS of MTN. My contract WILL NOT be renewed in Nov, that's for sure - they totally suck
Just had the most satisfying customer support in years. I received my new cellphone and had a problem with the camera. I was immediately very upset that I had bought the Hauwei P30 Lite as the camera was advertised as a 48 MP 1.17 and no matter what I did, I could not get it to change from 12 MP. Sending an email to Hauwei support was my only way of venting my frustration and major disappointment in the phone. Here comes the kicker - Thapelo Tshabalala from Huawei Support Team answered my email within a record time, asked me some details which I gave him and then he started giving me instructions on how to rectify the problem. The professionalism in the way he dealt with me while I was upset was very impressive. He has restored my faith in support people and just want to thank him very much - this is highly appreciated.
