I don’t know where to turn to at this point now as I am not getting any help from the MFC complains department . Last year February 2017 my D/O came back unpaid due to financial constrains then I was called by them and made an arrangement to pay that instalment over Two months which I did ,now they say I still owe them ,I refuse to pay an amount that I know very well I’ve paid . I took them to hello peter but still they just send me a statement from the time I opened by account ,then I get phone calls of rude people like Lizette demanding money and making threats that they will take my car . I have been communicating with Louis Masilo which was no help ,I send her my bank statements and she never bothered to say anything except sending a mere statement . I have no idea where to turn too cause I feel I am being mistreated by them and the employees Please assist me as I have nowhere else to go .
Good day I HAVE SENT YOU EMAILS WITH MY BANK STATEMENTS AND YOU'VE NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY BACK ,YET I STILL GET CALLS FROM COLLECTIONS WHO ARE SO RUDE LIKE LIZETTE . I AM TIRED OF THESE CONTANT CALLS AND YOU PROMISED ME THAT YOU WILL INVESTIGATE AND GIVE ME FEED BACK ! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE ARE YOU PROVIDING ?
In February I uncounted financial problems and resulted in not paying my car instalment , I was called by MFC and I did make a payment arrangement that I will pay the instalment over two months plus my original instalment . In March and April I did exactly that even thou they were now trying to double change my account plus the arrangement amount , My account was a mess so I resulted in reversing the amount that were not correct and continued paying the instalment plus with the two arrears that have been corrected .Now every month I'm being billed for an extra amount that I have no idea where it comes from , Unfortunately where I work cell phones are not allowed and by the time I knock off I get missed calls from them ,when I try to call them back they have closed for the day . One agent recently called after hours and I was able to answer but instead he was rude and sent me a 5 years statement as if that's even possible . Then I got another voicemail from a lady at MFC whom was already threatening to take my car as I cant afford it ,I mean what the hell is that ? been paying it for the past 5 years and now suddenly I cant ? just because I don't agree with the amount .I'm not sure where should I go to now as I honestly feel that I have paid the amount and I need a proper investigation done ,if the mistake is on my side then I'm happy to settle the balance but if not then please rectify this asap !!!
<p>Was called by MiWay yesterday and was told that they wanted to beat my current car insurance and if they can't then they will give me R400 back. The guy that I spoke to ,I did inform him that I'm currently driving and he said that he will send his email address where I should send my current insurance policy . And ever since I have been waiting for that sms . I can't believe that I have been mislead like that and to think that they were calling me the whole day and now that because they won't get what they want they choose to misinform me . I'm glad that I don't insure with them , I wonder what they actual clients are experiencing. !!!!!</p>
On the 16/04 2016 i called multichoice to inform them that i want to activate my account and have my Dstv installed . The lady that i was speaking to at the call centre took down my details and contacts and informed my that within 48 hours i will receive a call from one of their guys to come and set it up . Today is the 20/04 2016 and there is still no call or feedback from them ,let alone anything just to notify us that they are delaying or whatever the reason maybe .Now i cant even watch tv because of them and we had just moved into our new place ,so we really need someone to urgently come and assist us, after all we did pay for it . This is very unprofessional of them to inconvinience us like this . I really hope that someone will acdtually do something about it today !!!
i wanted to rent and they offered so last month i paid the required deposit and rent .on the 01/03/2016 when i am supposed to move in im being told stories about the previous tenant not moving out and they wanted to dump us somewhere else which was not an ideal place for us .they gave us another place but it was rotten ,we were told that by the following day it will be fixed .we get there the place is still the same ,i asked for refund because im in need of another place urgently and now they are delaying .Its either they organise asap or give the money now!!
I am happy that i got assisted on the first day that i logged my complained ,and i know that its not entirely their fault .But Thank you so much for the prompt assistance
I logged a complaint about the cellphone and they took it back ,in two days from after that and ever since i request a refund as i could see that the phone was no longer in stock and that was in March already .Ever since then i have not got my refund as yet .I did contact them and i was asked to send my statement from the date of the purchase,which i did as well but ever since there has been no word .I called again yesterday and i was put on hold for 5 min and then they dropped the line .I then sent an email the same time and i just a response which they are saying the finance department will look into to it ,and that what the guy whom asked me to send an email ,told me that the finance department is looking at it .But i'm not getting any joy at all .I don't have a phone at this current moment and they are sitting with my Money so what must i do now? i'm tired of borrowing phones from people !!! This is so unfair ,whats so difficult with doing a reversal? or give me the same phone with that amount ,which initially is what i wanted and all of a sudden i got a credit from take a lot account .
I was handed over to the attorneys for not making payments and then i started making arrangements that i will pay a R1000 every month till i got a pay back from my work and asked for a settlement amount and i settled it ,I got a settlement letter for it and i was told that the accoutn is cleared and closed .That was in June last year .And now in January a different company representing standard bank whom also says that they are lawyers are telling me that io still owe them money ,which i dont know where its coming from .At the time i was on maternity leave so i couldnt privide the proof of the settlement .I have returned in March to work and i cantacted them and gave them the proof of payment ,proof of the settlemnt amount and proof that the account is settled and closed ,but no feedback has been given to me or any effort to say what is the progress on my request and when i check my ITC it says that standard bank is still listing me even after after the wholeprocess .Im being sent from piller to post and no one can give me a straight answer .Im being told that they are referring it to standard bank and will get back to me and in the mean time im being impacted badly .
we got there at 18:45 and put in our order we waited till 19:35 and by then we had started to complain .The manager came whom told us with an attitude that do we have an idea how lost does a steak take ? the food was cold ,while we were still talking to him he left us hanging there,Thats when we refused to eat the food and to pay for it .When we decided to leave he ran off to call the securities and threatened us that if we dont take the food ,we are going to be arrested .Until the senior manager whom made sure that the securities will not bother us .He tried to convince us to go back but we were insulted badly by the Sipho guy
