The worst service ever, there is no way of getting hold of them, you go on the whatsapp link and a robot tells you the next available consultant will contact you soon, 3 days and 6 tries later im still waiting, If you phone once again automated system and she just keeps repeating options doesnt matter which one you choose no one answers, so unprofessional

Well done Unilever, you just ruined the worlds best diswashing SUNLIGHT liguid into the worst, it thinned down, and the formulation has changed, just doesnt work the same anymore, hardly desolves oil and fat now. I cant understand why you would do that other than being driven by profit :(

Reported a faulty CANDY washing machine 7 month old, 2 weeks later tech came to look, with no spares in hand, according to candy service manual they knew what spares were needed, had a look left and said they would order the spares. local repair man said he would have fixed it in 3 days, simple fault, but then i loose the guarantee, pathetic service wont buy from them again for sure!!! we are now in week 4, just wonder how much longer one should wait

It is now 3 weeks since Vodacom installed the fiber and it still not working, i wanted to cancel the contract but they want me to pay them, i will pay for the ONT installation that's all that working, not paying them noting else, contract works both ways, no service no pay, or am i stupid? Useless service !!
