Bad rotten Food and bad customer service
Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. On 9 February 2026, I purchased pap and chicken from your counter. The meal was accompanied by a small soup for R29. Upon returning home, I poured the soup over the pap and was shocked to discover an unpleasant odour. I contacted your customer service at (011) 907-0808 at 18:06. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and did not apologise for the situation. Instead, they requested that I bring my receipt. I have been a loyal customer of your establishment since 2013 and am deeply disappointed by this experience. Sincerely, Wandile Mdebuka 0614014035

FOOD POISONING
*FoodPoinsoning* Yesterday morning we bought hot dogs for my daughter at spar leondale , since last night she didn’t sleep complaining about stomach pains and today we had to fetch her early from school and when I check the Hot dogs that wer bought @spar Leondale 🤧😪🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 We went to pharmacy now and she’s sleeping but the pains bad : 0614014036

Bad attitude from the till
Hi I came to Fashion Fusion ( New Market Mall ) on th 24th of December to buy a white trouser size 36 and the tag was written size 36 I even verified with the at the till but but when I wear it on the next day it was not size 36 and inside it was size 31 now I’m back at the shop and they( Busi ) don’t wanna refund me

Bad bad bad bad bad customer service r
The worst experience in my life. I bought R30 chips and I got 20 chips, I had to count them because I felt like I was being ****med. I asked the cashier ( NIKKIE PE MIKKIE ) and the response was totally disrespectful and she called the woman (Fezeka) who was doing them and when I was trying to explain then the she left me there while talk Please teach your workers about customer service please . They will make you guys lose so many customers ! I wouldnt recommend people to visit fat cake city wervoedpark!!!

Bad delivery guy
Good day I orders a pizza at Dawn park Deboinars hour ago and I’m still waiting. When I track my order it says Order delivered but when I call (011) 862-1107 the driver says he will come now. So I’m so disappointed because the app said the pizza is delivered while the drive is still inside the shop. My order 79909974

Unproffessional
Good morning I have been supporting Osbro for years spending R5000 Guaranteed every Month I went to Osbro commissioner in Jhb CBD to buy a box of mugs but I didn’t get them and their service was the best , They called Osbro in Pretoria because in the system it show But in Pretoria they refused to sell to me because apparently I’m not their customer in Pretoria I really thought Osbro is working as professionals. Good morning I’m not really HAPPY with the workers that are in ALBERTON Mall , THEY disrespect customers who came to exchange a sneaker. Bad hake
Hi I always buy( Hake ) fish @ Pick n pay Lemon for years now and the hake Fish was proper fresh and the mix was great from flour to egg … But I bought it this year twice after the renovation that were happening and I could tell is not the same person and the fish is uncooked inside Please go back to the last year chef when it comes to fish please.

I wish petrol station workers can learn from Engen LEONDALE petrol station wow wow wow wow perfect ! I’m lost for words ! They should read other Petrol stations about customer service !! They so quick 🙌🏽 You don’t wait for hours waiting but second wow
