Worst pathetic service ever. Absa was handling my late father's estate since 2013 and we have not received certain documents Today I called a 0861238886 number, lady was extremely rude advised she doesn't deal with trusts or estates rather to call the responsible person directly I informed her I have no contact she said how is that her concern as her clients are well happy with her service and I should convey my frustration directly to the person handling the query. further said us Black's have a tendency to direct concern to wrong people. Told her since you work for Absa you the face of the Bank that made matters worse as she said she does not deal with unpleasant clients and won't be bashed for someone's sloppy work. Terrible service over 10 years yet estate is not complete. Yet the staff have a nerve to treat clients like this
I bought a blender on Sunday 26th November it doesn't work. it wasn't really doing the job it was supposed to be doing. the blender cant do a simple task of blending tomatoes or fruit, it is noisy and I could smell the motto while using it. There is something wrong with the brand its a waste of electricity. it is still in warranty please stop stocking this terrible brand. I am completely dissatisfied with the product it never did any of the functions listed on it, it was the total opposite of everything.
I called on Monday, as I needed assistance with my bill. Call was answered however party on the other side answered then ignored my call for a good 10mins while busy conversating with her colleagues about weddings and parties. On top of the time I spent holding to be assisted. My bill just increased with no communication. Worst service ever
Appauling customer service , disgusting i know every company has policies but that doesn't give a right to treat customers like ****. I called to book for a child immunization of which I was told to come on Tuesday 8th of February when I get there I am told everyone at the clinic department they on training and they can't jump in to assist as there's to much paperwork first they say it's a walk in service mind you I had to leave early for work to commit to the schedule. Totally disgusting service at Dis-chem Westgate then the lady says I must make another plan or see where they won't assist me.
Worst service ever , was involved in an accident lady and gent called to tell me I must report that the car is begin towed, using logic who calls when they unconscious both agents were extremely rude lack professionalism so disgusted with this tracking company
I received the most disgusting service at Caltex in Dobsonville Soweto, were a male petrol attendant who didn't have a name tag used profanity when I asked him to assist me ,my questioning regarding how vehicles are attended too then he replied telling me he won't service my vehicle when asked to speak to the manager I was sent to pillar to post advising Mr Mbuso is not available. The service is disgusting
I had booked for a stay at Cullinan Premier Hotel, but unfortunately I couldn't make it as my niece passed away on the morning when I was supposed to check in, I informed the hotel was told they will refund me i have sent emails since the 21st of November but till to date I haven't received any refund. I even suggested to send through the Death certificate.
I have used the service in the past, but I'm disappointed at how my matter was handled I booked for accommodation for the 21st of November at Cullinan Premier Hotel for a night stay, how ever I wasn't able to check-in as on the morning of the 21st November my niece passed away and I had to attend to family matters. I was told I will get my refund of cause with certain clause and deductions to date I haven't received any response from the hotel they not responding when I call they disconnect the call I have sent emails, a lady by the name Loreen responded once and I provided her with the banking details. I also suggested to forward them with the Death certificate but still no one has bothered to respond. Service from booking.com and cullinan premier hotel is disgusting.
On the 20th November 2018 I purchased airtime worth R200 from my FNB Banking app, Money was debited from my account but not credited on my cell phone number. I contacted telkom and was first given an incorrect email then called again got the correct one, I have been sending my bank statements to prove the transaction even contacted my bank. No help has been provided instead they busy telling me to wait for 72hours which has already lapsed.
I was involved in an accident took the car for assessment of which the car was assessed anr conclusion was it's a write off. Asked the insurance for other best options apart from taking the car they said there aren't any. Of which I find it absorb, I know of an option where if the car is a write off you either get first preference to buy it or they pay out a salvage amount value of the car. I was once in a similar case with my insurance and I got reimbursed. I sent emails and called to find out more about this option but no one bothered to reply, when I called I was sent from pillar to post. Makes me wonder they happy with the fact that they gained from this particular claim giving them a surplus. While they sent 10 people to call you and try to confuse you not either one of them showed interest, yet they went and increased my premium for a service that they cant even render. Just to show they quick with taking payments but cant even help. At least they can refund me the monies paid to fix the cat which is now fine or give me the money they would have cost them to fix it. I have been a loyal client for years but this is the shit service I get they not within the CPA.
