Poor service ever and no care for customers at all.ANP2242507 is untraceable.Place an Annique order on the 2nd March and to-date,i still have not received anything.No sms,nothing.I went to Pep stores and called Paxi but no luck at all.
Hi, I initially contacted MetroFibre last week and was advised to call Vodacom for relocating my home fibre. After contacting Vodacom, a ticket was logged with MetroFibre. Corrie Evans contacted me on Sunday and came through on Monday to do the installation. Unfortunately, he was unable to finalize the installation as there was no network available at my current unit,he said. He advised that someone else would come out the same day or on Tuesday to resolve the issue. To date, no one has contacted me, and Corrie is no longer answering my calls. I would appreciate an update on the status of this matter and when it will be resolved.
Dear Makro Team, I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I’ve experienced. I have been requesting assistance since Sunday last week, and to date, I have received no feedback. I own an iPhone 11 Pro,which i bought on the 23 August 2021 through Pre Owned (SN DNPZ8A5FN6Y2 , IMEI 353827106365058 ).It is been 2 months now since i updated my IOS and when i switch on the phone it showed no service!I have been running up and down ever since to get the phone checked with no luck!I was told that the phone was Blacklisted and had to go to the Police station for affidavit and go to my service provider,that was done and when i went to Cell C i was told that nothing was Blacklisted on their side,as my sim card is working,the Fault is with Apple.Went back to Apple but i cannot get help as my iPhone has a crack.....I DO NOT NEED MY PHONE FIXED BUT MY NETWORK!!TO DATE MY PHONE STILL DOES NOT WORK,HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM IF THE PHONE IS BLACK LISTED!!084 390 3806,WHY DO I HAVE TO SUFFER ALL THIS??

I was using the back up ****le but into my surprise when i came from work today that is also no working.Called Vodacom and i got told that it was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rude Vodacom consultant kept on making a joke about the issue as they said they cannot assist.

The service I have been getting from Dawnwing is sooo hilarious,when drivers delivers your parcel,they don’t even call and expect you to always be around 🤔So far this year ,I had 4 failed deliveries because of me not being home.My last failed parcel RS82859193 & have no idea when will it be delivered again.CAN’T YOU PHONE YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE DELIVERY???We are not always sitting at home!!!084 3903806
