Delivery never received
I too was ****med by the so called closing business in Camps Bay. Bought and paid, they said it will take between 5 and 14 days to arrive. I followed up constantly and a month later, the so called package was delivered. No one knows which company it was delivered to and some lady named Sandra signed for it. Now, the courier company wont take responsibility and Maria Jewellery dont know their ass from their elbow, cause "its not their fault"? According to them it was delivered and that's it. What to do, what to do..... If I could give no stars, I would, how can people be so unhelpful and take people's money without giving it a second thought? I hope this issue is resolved and I get the ring I paid for.

Honchos Randfontein is amazing!!
I know I know, you will probably think they do so well and the prices are so low because its a new Franchise, but I can assure you.... People make Service Count. So, I go to their restaurant quite often, I would say twice a week for lunch. Every time I step into Honchos, they always greet with a friendly smile, and its not just me, they greet everyone the same. Its nice to feel welcome. The restaurant is clean, food is freshly made to order, and always delicious. There is not a single complaint I can think of so they fully deserve this 5 star rating. Be sure to pop in some time, you wont be sorry.

Best Mweb experience ever.
I was looking for an affordable, comprehensive Wifi at home, and have to say that Mweb was the quickest to respond with the most affordable package after searching through endless suppliers. I am happy to say that I accepted the offer because of their response. I received the Router yesterday, tested it and absolutely love the speed and connectivity of it. Thank you Mweb for bringing back the meaning to Customer Service. South Africa needs more Companies like you.

Delightful change to get good customer service.
I thought all Courier Companies were supposed to have a "No-Care" attitude and ignore emails from eager customers who are waiting for their goods from Retail Companies where ever they spent their money. I was not expecting to get an answer from Fastway Couriers for at least 48 hours after my enquiry. But yet..... they answered within an hour... Wait, What? I was soo impressed with Rafeeqa Mather who kept me updated throughout the delivery process, delays etc. A BIG WELL DONE to you and your Team Rafeeqa. I wish all companies had you in their Customer Service Division. All 4 my packages have been delivered, Keep up the good work, I am sure our paths will cross again in the future. WOW experience at a WOW price.
All I can say is WOW, I have eaten at more than a couple of places before, but never experienced warm caring fuzzy feelings about a place other than Choo Choo Junction. If there was a choice of stars to give it would be 10. We were greeted and seated within minutes, drinks in hand. I booked online for the Flaming Cheese Wheel Experience and was excited to try something other than the norm. Well, I was blown away with the spectacular flaming cheese which left me in awe, then the explosion in the mouth came in rapid successions. Each fork full was better than the previous one. WOW WOW WOW, my husband and I were so impressed with: first of all the Special Price on Hyperli Website, then the entire experience. It definitely was a night to remember and we will be returning very soon to treat ourselves.

Outstanding service at Cradlestone
I went to Capitec Cradlestone Mall earlier today. Greeted with a smile and given a ticket to renew my Credit Card. It did not take long to attend to me, maybe 3 minutes, they were not very busy. My Credit Card was renewed in a Jiffy with friendly and efficient service. That's how I like to do Banking and that's why I will stay with Capitec. Thank you for outstanding customer service
