Makro online is exceptionally efficient. I ordered a product on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to my door on Monday afternoon. The courier partner has live tracking so you can see at any given time where the driver is and you don't waste time hanging around waiting. Great service Makro and team

Last month I requested AA to cancel my membership. The person informed me it was done. Was debited again this month. Spent the better part of the morning trying to contact them. When I got hold of a person eventually I was informed that she can help me or transfer me. I have asked my bank to return the debit order. Can't imagine if I was requesting urgent assistance roadside. They advertise security assistance as well!!

My poor experience started on the 28th July. I sent documents to FNB as I had moved house and wanted to register my new address. 31st July FNB requested my card type ID which I sent I heard nothing and used the App to ask the banker to assist They advised me to send a e mail to care@fnb which I did. I got a reference number Complaint Reference 2553453 assigned to Retail Service Recovery - [External Email] [REF:20210817_185001613] They again asked for my card type ID in colour which I sent. I followed up no response I have sent my information twice again to fnbkyc@fnb.co.za I get an automated response nothing more. All I want is confirmation my address is changed or what additional documents are required I do not want to ha e my accounts FICA blocked. A simple request but doesn't appear to be simple at all. Very disappointing considering FNB gets awards for innovation and service. What has gone wrong?
Bought a item and when I paid I realised I forgot something. Sent an e mail and followed up by phone 30 minutes later. The item I forgot had already been picked and placed with my original order and a payment request for the added item was in my inbox. Thanks to Cheryl and the team for their great service
