worst service ever and KFC is not bothered i logged a call and no response whatsoever ( case number: CAS-2715492-J5S1P3) For some reason the Portia and Nomsa are not able to get hold of me
On the 28/07/2023 I went into Markham Sandton, the jean I wanted to buy was priced at R799.00 and when I got to the till point it was now R899.00. The cashier called the manager Thabo, who advised he'd to rather cancel the transaction and refund me, no apology, no admitting of any fault. This was done as I stood there in disbelief at the service and the disrespect I'm being afforded & I was not going to stand there an argue as he felt I don't deserve better treatment. The transaction was cancelled and I was sent money from the cashiers PERSONAL ACCOUNT!!! that was meant to be my refund, in what world is this done? I'd like this issue attended to and feedback given.
I took a contract with Telkom and also took insurance for the device. My house was broken into the phone was ******. I have been following up with finrite and they were not able to assist, spoke to Busi, Angelique and finally Mapelo who didn't know what the procedure for claims was besides sending countless emails to the 'head office'!!!. I was then forced to go to the store and spoke to Gabby and the feedback I got only on the 30/12/2015 was that the issue had been escalated to Telkom as per VM from Gabby. To this day, I haven't received any feedback about this complaint. I then went to the store again today and Gabby was not on duty I then asked Thabang for the manager on duty and was told \THE MANAGER IS ON LEAVE AND THERES NO NEXT IN CHARGE!!' how is this even possible? The service levels are just appalling
I took a contract with Telkom and also took insurance for the device. My house was broken into the phone was stolen. I then called Telkom who referred me to finrite as they are the external company that Telkom uses for this facility. I spoke to Busi, she then told me that this is a new venture in their business and nobody knows what to do in this case, and she will send an email to the head office and they will get back to me. It's now 2 weeks, NO COMMUNICATION, NO FEEDBACK AND STILL NO PHONE!!!!!!<br> I then called them yesterday the 10th and spoke to Busi who then transferred me to Angelique who was to follow up on the matter and get back to me, needless to say THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN!! The service levels are just appalling, how do you add or venture into projects and not have a solution or staff that can resolve queries is just BEYOND me , Why is it now my problem that there are no systems in place? I cannot believe the level of respect given to me as a customer!! This is just revolting...<br> Can someone who know what they are doing and know how to treat a customer give me a call back and resolve this <br>
I called the call centre today to follow up on the settlement form that I had emailed as per the communication, spoke to a Eddie, I have to say, discovery service is disgusting. all I want to do is settle this \outstanding"amount so that I can cut my losses and move to a service provider that prides itself with service delivery and respect to its clients. I emailed the form on the 22nd of may and haven't received a response ever since!! apparently the form was never received even when emailed? The service given to me just makes me obnoxious"""
I got a sms saying I owe discovery R2208.36 as they had paid more than the savings I had from my previous plan. I was not made aware of this prior to the cancellation and reactivation on the new plan, no sms, no phone call, and no email to advice of this. I called discovery and spoke to a Winnie who claims my previous employer was advised of this!! What I don't understand Is WHY advice a company that I'm no longer with of my issues/ debts? Why now send \me"the sms that I now owe money. I didn't leave discovery I just downgraded the plan. This just show that the agents who handled my request are ignorant"
On the 20/03/2015 I sent an email to Elize to cancel this insurance and it was not cancelled, she didn't't respond nor forward the mail to someone who can as she clearly doesn't know what she is doing and only excels at being arrogant !! I got debited again for this insurance that has been stealing from me, when they say I'm not covered. I called yesterday and spoke to a Sina who now wanted me to prove that I had cancelled this, which I did. she called me back saying will get my refund next month end!! what crap is that ?? she was going to get her manager to call me and its now 02:14 and I haven't even received a courtesy call from any of them. Clearly SERVICE is not what they know or their priority. I have never been so disrespected by any service provider like this, I wonder what is with these Vodacom \managers"that cant resolve issues or they are so BIG that they cant even follow up on queries? No wonder the staff is like that"
I took cell phone insurance with voadacom when I was with them, when I decided to port my number I called them and asked if this will affect my insurance and the agent said NO, as you are already a member. So I ported my number and have been using and paying for this cover. <br> My phone was lost a week ago and when I'm logging a claim, I'm told, we cannot pay out as your number is not on the Vodacom network! Was I insuring the phone or the sim? This phone was lost with the number I insured it with. Why was I being debited if I'm not covered? Clearly the agent didn't't know what they were talking about, now this is costing me? It shouldn't't be my problem that I was given incorrect information. Isn't this an independent company?<br> Can someone sort this out
I called the call centre the whole day trying to blacklist my phone I couldn't get through on 081180 and I decided to go to the Telkom mobile store only then was I able to blacklist my phone!!<br> Finally when I got through and I spoke to a consultant called Seipati , she advised me that I'd have to pay R35 for a sim swap!! Now this is a rip off, I don't understand why I should pay this amount for a card I bought for way less and I'm not on contract.<br>
