The worst service you can imagine, first of all I had to slowly repeat my ID number as the agent seems to struggle with numbers, then after I don't even know how many transfers to give me the assistance I need they drop the phone in my ear with no help offered. I can see why I don't bank with them and why I should move my homeloan. They are beyond useless
It's the second time I order something from Takealot and they fail to deliver, my previous order was cancelled by themas they cannot provide what they put on the App and leace the listine there, even puts it on promotion. Now I ordered again an I was told after a week of waiting that sorry there is nothing we can do but wait for their supplier. Poor poor service
So not taking into account that it is almost a norm to always mess up your order or not giving all the items ordered which you pay for you get the worst service ever. I myself used to work at McDonald and know that you can change an order eg. No condiments please. For the last 15 years I always order a Bigmac with the spicy hotsauce, well not anymore at this McDonalds, you can't have your burger amended in any way, not even pay extra for the sauce and have it put on, you take exactly what is on the menu, nothing can me added or removed with an added FU attitude, this was just before 8pm on 27Sept at the McDonalds Brits Drivethru.
Bought a Brand New Suzuki Gixxer 150 for my daughter's 18th last year August. Took delivery, something was wrong they came and collected their faulty bike, wrote it off and sent it back and said sorry your problem, leaving me to pay off something that is in pieces, their fault, in their possession when destroyed, they don't care, they make enough money to tell you it's not their problem.
I bought a new motorcycle last year August and Tracker was installed with no authorization from me, I didn't request or sign anywhere for this. The bike was faulty and sent back to suzuki where it was written off (still under warranty). I requested cartrack to cancel the product I don't have and never agreed on to be cancelled and was ignored flat and basically told I will pay for 3 years for something installed on a warranty written off vehicle in the dealer's possession. Pure money shark *******, that is all they are
Very bad service from this company. Placed an order and paid them over a week ago. Still waiting om any type of feedback. They don't respond to emails or messages. I believe they are ****mers, I am still to receive some type of tracking number or confirmation email. They are *******
Okay I don't even know where to start with this company anymore. I went to the Vodacom shop in Brits mall to add a new number to my already multiple-year existing contract with Vodacom and cancel and expiring one. So after hours and hours of struggling to get this done, they now created a brand new account for the new number and left the fiber and the additional cellphone contracts I have on my initial account. Now I get a debit order going off at one amount, receive one invoice for my new number, My other contracts are now now on a different vodacom account and the customer care said I must go back to the "wait in a row for 3 hours" vodacom shop AGAIN and ask them to do what I asked them to do in the first place. They have also not updated any of my addresses and by statements and invoices are exactly as I told them it should not be. Wrong email, wrong address (even after submitting proof of residence), now I have tow accounts, one incorrect or incomplete invoice with different amounts towards what they take from my back account and this is now my problem to fix. I have to go back to that vodashop and plead with them to do what I asked AGAIN
I have bought a vehicle from WeBuyCars in September and have been sending emails and messages to the sales person and the finance department regarding my roadworthy, I have paid the required R2200.00 but doesn't matter if I send messages or emails they just don't come back to me and it's been over a month later
Okay so another month has passed with still no response from FNB regarding the account that I have been paying for over a decade without missing a single payment, interest again added and I owe more than double that I borrowed in the beginning, then to top it of the company 'Capital data' sends me reminders that I have been handed over to them for this debt to be paid and my ICT score gets affected by FNB who just does not care about their customers. This is by far the worst service imaginable from a bank and then prides themselves in customer service and if it was just a few bucks it would have not made such a big difference but it is a massive amount
I paid them to assist with my request to remove me from debt review, after a few month I was told that my name was cleared and I was sent documentation with no letterheads or proper signatures that the banks require, I have since sent multiple emails and messages to get the proper documentation needed for banks to clear my on their systems, this was since June last year and still waiting
