Poor and bad service as always receiving from FNB LAW ON CALL BUSINESS. I have two policies from them one for my business and one for my self . AMD I have been paying almost 3 years. But their service is very very very poor not sure if the guys are incompetent or not trained properly or they think this particular department is under government or municipality because I used to received poor service from them only . Not FNB as a PVT bank . But losing hope to them aswel. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO
Pathetic and very very poor service from Hello Paisa. I made transactions on the 5th of this month and send paid to hello paisa account 5k send home in mean bank till today money is not reflecting in recipients account. I have phoned several times and spoke with customer care but they seems dont care. Its pathetic and very very poor service.
I am very very unhappy and disappointed with CLICKS VINCET PARK EAST LONDON. on the 18th September I bought an item there and used over the weekend , it had a problem I took it back.i was shocked and disgusted by service from The MANAGER THANDI MDA , She treated me so bad that I felt that I made a mistake to buy this item from clikcs,its pathetic and poor service and I will not enter in that store again and will take this matter further.
Today I visited CLICKS VINCENT PARK .EAST LONDON. and received pathetic and disgusting service from the Manager on the Floor THANDA MDA, The Manger was so RUDE to me that I felt that I made a mistake to purchased this product. On the 18th I bought a Hand mixer with Bowl and yesterday when we used at home we found a problem and brought back today for exchange. But the Managr was so Rude and gave me so much pathetic service that I was so upset with him . 1st thing he said to me that it looks like very old while infront of him i produced the slip. When i I requested him to phone customer care he refused and told me that I should use my own phone he can't do that. I stood there for a while and when he saw I dont wanna leave then he phoned and told me that we will investigate blahs blahs blahs. I dont have PROBWLM with that but the way he treated me . I am very very Greatfull and Happy from FAW Pine town branch , More specially MR MERVIN he is a great team player extra ordinary skillful and people's person who knows bow to please his customer. I am from eastern cape and order some parts and he made sure I get my truck spares on time and he went out of his way and phone me amd arrange to handover to security guard at night duty . MR MERVIN you are a great person and individual who is making his clients life Easy. God Bless you and keep up the great Work .
Today I visited cashbuild king William's town and bought cement but the store had a problem with hyster. But ther is a guy name sinethemba Magoloza he went out of his way and helped me , I really appreciate his out of the box thinking and making sure as a client I was helped faster . Really made my day . Keep up the great work Mr sinethemba you are an asset to your compnay .
I have fnb account and I took fnb life policy more then 6 months ago. Last 3 months there is and unusual amounts have been deducted from my account and I am not sure what's that. Its rediculous. How come fnb bank can do that to their loyal customers. Pathetic service
Yesterday I went to IDENTITY king Williams town to returned a T shirt I bought there. The manger khunjulwa refused to exchange the tshirt. She told me we have a 30dsys returned policy etc. I wanted to ask their Head office Do you guys know about CPA ? Have you guys read and trained your staff about it? Does the CPA stated that a consumers can not returned their goods after 30 days? I do have a slip and it's in the same conditions the way I purchased it. Pathetic service from store manger and cashier . They dont even greet a client when they enterd the store . Only security guard was polite amd humble and was greeting customers and seems like he was happy about his job.
