I HAVE CANCELLED THE INSURANCE 6 MONTHS AGO SENT MAILS THROUGH STILL ADD IT TO MY BILL CAN WE GET A COMPETENT PERSON AT MTN TO SORT. OUT THIS MESS ALL INCOPENT
Have logged a failure on my gate motor after rain today 30 july been informed claim rejected due to wera on the gearbox that is the cause of failure. Must appoint propper assesors that know how a gate motor work, gearbox not the problem ever been but the electronic is not triiger the motor. Using idioots to asses the claims. Please sent some assesor that is worth his job (not BEE) Will refer this matter ti the onbitman.
Today is two weeks that the claim for my gate motor failure was registered at standard bank insurance, the assessor was on site on thursday 17 July 2025 till today no outcome was given. my gate is an nudge gate and my wife struggle to push it open it stopped completely working. I have contacted the service provider but they still wait for standard bank. this is totally unexcepted for me. 2 weeks to repair the gate motor and my wife must put her life at risk when come after work at the night. if not repaired please supply me the ombudsman contact detail that I can take the matter up with him
On monday 7 June 2025 I have logged a claim with Standardbank insurance 8 days later still no feedback from them try to call but no reply back monst pathetic service ever received. Not even the service provider had contacted me as yet.
Please let me take a moment to inform you of the excellent service I have received from the following person Jason Bekker is working in Vereeniging spares department and on Sunday my GWM P series Bakkie cut out and I could not get it started, due to the fact that it is an Automatic and it stand in my driveway and I could not close my gate, as a last resort I gave him a call and explain the situation to him. He did not hesitate at once but phone the technician in order to get me advice in how to release the automatic transmission in order to push the bakkie in the garage and me to be able to close the gate. Although the vehicle still don’t want to start I could get it in the garage, this person went out of his way to help his customers. I have never met him person before. this person went out of his way to help me, even continuously phone me to find out if I get it sorted out I will recommend him for excellent service render and GWM could be proud having a person like this
On 27 December 2024 Steven of slater gym sasolburg give a written qwotation to me for membership at sasolburg brach, on 6 January 2025 we have been informed that the confract sighned on the 2 January 2025 is void as the price were invorrect given on the contract. How do you alter a contract price after contract have been signed. This according to me breach of contract. They refuce to stick to the price given and insist that the money been payed out and cancel the contract. Please stay away from Slater gym Sasolburg

People stay away from miway insurance. I had clqim for a alarm system on my houe that were damaged due to heavy storms. Now they refuse to pay and say lightning and electrical power surges are not covered. never been informed that lightning will been seen as a electrical power surge and will not been covered. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM I am going to make their name *** where I go. They are a bunck of sharks take your money and then have issues to pay....??????
My network cable was installed and during this phase the people doing the installation step through my ceilings in two rooms cause over R7000 damages. Two quotations for repair sent to their supervisor Reboni for refund to repair my roof. One month later still nothing payed over. The supervisor Bobby also say he will only pay R5000 of which I give him a settlement amount, would have pay it over on 15-8-2023 but still nothing. This is highly unprofessional, If settlement is not done by end of August I will give this over to Attorneys for recovery the cost which will add to additional cost

TRAIL AND ERROR and so it goes on. Log every day a call through ISP but fault stll persist. Change switching,change connector, two days without internet. And again off today.
