Buying things online at Legit Retailability) is such a hassle. I tried to return the goods at a physical store & was told they do not do returns for online purchases. Now I must wait for Monday to call them & hope that they can send a courier to come collect
If I could give them zero, I would. I logged a burst geyser claim & the service provider has left my ceiling with a gaping hole. Been trying to contact the consultant Lutendo Ndou from Standard Bank who is assigned to my claim, to no avail. I am basically at their mercy.
Terrible service. Bought tickets via Absa Banking & when you get there, they say my booking doesn't exist & they are refusing is to watch the movie. Money went out of my account, I have the email confirmation from numetro bt the staff is still saying no....
I returned the item about a week agl because the size was too small but till todate I'm still waiting for a refund. They keep on telling me it will be done today but nothing.
If I could rate them a zero, then I would. Took in my car at their assessment centre on the 28th Oct, was told that it was approved for repairs but till to date I'm being taken from pillar to post about which repair centre to take it to. Im constantly being told the assessor is having system issues & cant sent the report. Their consultant Kaylee Soetland is also equally useless & keeps on giving me the run around... useless useless useless
The best service ever received. Ray is constantly in commination with you which gives you peace of mind and they give you exactly what you have agreed upon. Will definitely be using them again....
If there was a zero rating, i would give it to them. Have been calling them to get the acceptance letter to be rectified as they sent me a wrong one, was passed around from Department to Department. Clearly I should try another institution.
If there was a negative rating, i would have given it to them. I have been trying since yesterday to contact them on +27 86 123 5433, +27 860 426 837, and no one can assist me with my policy. I even sent emails but no one is getting back to me. Clearly at claim stage, they will ignore you until you give up......
Its been two months since I have been waiting for my refund & I keep on being told about escalating my matter to the Ops Team. What Ops Team, when all I want is my refund
Their service is excellent & delivery is very quick & efficient.
