Following a warranty claim that was rejected. Stevens & Co used every discretion and leverage to assist and resolve to replace my machine by allowing me to purchase a upgraded model, well below retail cost. THANKS.
Ryobi power tools. Before buying any Ryobi Power tool. Make sure it can do the job. I burnt out my new "handy line" s**** saw. The Manger , Mr Rose said this tool is for a DIY who only uses the tool for light work every 3 months. It took from 09/05 @ 11;30 am until 27/05 ********** to be told it would not be repaired under warranty. The quote to fix exceeded the e purchase price. I bought a Black & Dekker and it does the job at hand.
You will never be disappointed with service, location to the sea and clean. For a romantic getaway to a Company conference. No drunk loud behaviour tolerated.
Having written here on Hello Peter, that Miway had not HONORED their 400 challenge, I received a call from a Miway to agree that I had been "badly treated" and they would now honour their 400 challenge. That I would receive R400.00 in my Bank a/c within 7 days... This 400 challenge was a cold call to say if they could not beat my car insurance premium, they would give me R400.00 They did NOT get close to my Outsurance premium. It is now a week and no sign of R400.00
Deceitful. I got a cold call to say if we cannot beat your present car cover premiums we will give you R500.00 Well I am still waiting for my R500.00 You moved the goalposts and behaved in a dishonest way & still avoided to pay me the mere R500,00 you had made a commitment to do..
More than once Outsurance has gone the extra mile to assist. From trimming my premium to suit my budget. To allowing a claim outside my written cover doc. My first claim was paid out in two days... If anyone has a [problem with Outsurance... Talk to them... I know they will use every discretion to help. Escalate your point. The girlie said to me "you are not covered for a vacant house. I said i will bet you R1 000.00 Out will cover me. They did for a given period of time. I seriously believe this. I must mention some names in "slang" form. Angelique, Cheryl, Klue, Fourie and NUMBOR ONE. Bongani. Thanks again. Fourie, you are the good guys...
I purchased a Samsung J1 in about June 2016. I only used the phone for calls until Xmas. My young nephew helped me set up my email on the phone.. But said hey! there is already someone's email address in the phone. Then looked to Google search and found the repair centre. Game had sold ne a 2nd hand phone. I took it back to the store who recalled me and said they had taken it from a sealed box. The manager assure me he would get to the bottom of this. A week later I was offered a FULL REFUND and said that they refurbish phones and sell them as new phone. If not, why was my phone taken from a sealed box.
<p>Monday morning 8;30am at my office in Aston Bay, I received a phone call from a supplier. The courier was at thier premises in PE to load a piece of CCTV equipment but they required a R550.00 adjustment to my payment before oit was released.</p> <p>Knowing immediate payment by EFT is not always immediate, I said I would quickly go to the central FNB ATM and lodge cash. I would lodge a extra R20.00 that would cover the cash deposit fee froma ATM.</p> <p>I drove the 4kms to the kiosk that holds 3 ATM's The rood was discusting and all ATM were out of order.</p> <p>Then drove to Chjeckers centre, The ATM did not take cash deposit.</p> <p>It wa now about 9;00. I asked the couroier to wait, I wou;ld go to the Branch at fountains Mall, some 4 kms away. I was advised I would be charged waiting fee by the Courier. I agreed,</p> <p>Arriving at Fountains Mall, all ATM's were out of order. "A Notion wisw pprobolem"</p> <p>Having no choice I decided to make the cash lodghemnety at the cashier. It was now 10am and there was ONE teller open with all shops around the Mall doingh thier weekend deposits. I waited 35min,.</p> <p>I was then told that the cash deposit would attract a R40.00 cash lodgement fee. I asked if I could pay it and requesta refund. "no".</p> <p> </p> <p>By this time I am fed-up. What started out to be a geat day... FNB YOU BAD NEWS.</p> <p>YOU SHOULD REFUND ALL CLIENTS WHO HAD TO USE TELLERS INSTEAD OF ATM CASH DEPOSIT FEES, THAT ARE MORE THAN DOUBLE.</p>
<p>I am ban from Tampra Spur, Jeffery's Bay because I refused to pay for a coke that was FULL with ice. The owner is using his "rite of admission". Spur are powerless to even try mediation. Last year my 7yo daughter won a Spur gift voucher which we gave away. I will now ask Jeffery's bay Primary School to tone-down any co-operation with Sput and use Wimpy, Steers, Deboneirs or even KFC. But not Spur.</p>
<p>I hate calling these call centres. First you must get thru the multiple choice extensions. Then the music and finally you get a person on the other side that says, "yello" and continues to address you with a acent so that I cannot understand a word. Yesterday I PLEADED to be transferred to a supervisor. I got in contact with Caramelise. Excuse the spelling Well, this is a professional. All I can say is thanks... I wish others in your profession could take some tips from you. I hope your boss reads this because this is the very first time I have complemented anyone on Hello Peter, let alone a Insurance Call Centre personnel.. For the record my policy number is ********** 92 Caramelise, you worth your oats.</p> <p> </p>
