PHONED MY SHORT TERM INSURANCE, ECHELON, WHO IMMEDIATELY OPENED A CLAIM FOR MY BURST GEUZER, GOT CONFIRMATION WITHIN 10 MINUTES A PLUMBER WAS APPOINTED AND WITHIN 55 MINUTES THE PLUMBER, FROM PLUMB GUARANTEE, WAS AT MY HOME AND CHECKED THE GEYZER, WHICH MUST BE REPLACED. THERE IS SO MANY COMPANIES THAT CAN LEARN FROM ECHELON AND THE PLUMBER HOW TO KEEP YOUR PROMISES AND DELIVER SOLID SERVICE. THANK YOU ECHELON AND THE LADY HELPING ME, SORRY, I FORGOT YOUR NAME, BUT WILL CERTAINLY MAKE SURE YOUR MANAGEMENT KNOWS WHAT GREAT SERVICE YOU DWELIVERED. Ordered some goods at 11:18, allegedly delivered at 12:02, but nothing was received, trying to get them to tt the goonothing, they keep on phoning and telling me someone received the goods. Yes Pick and Pay, someone had to receive the goods, but not me, so accept it was delivered incorrectly and refund me the monies deducted from my account. Daylight ******* from Pick and Pay, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
ORDERED FROM THE 60 MINUTES, 1 AND A HALF HOUR LATER, NOTHING DELIVERED, PHONE THEM AND THEY THEN SAY NO, THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED, AFTER WAITING HOW LONG FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. NO REASON FOR CANCELLATION AND THEN THE PERSON TELLS ME THEY PHONED ME TO INFORM ME, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, MY PHONE NEXT TO ME AND NOT ONE CALL FROM THEM, THUS LYING TO THE CUSTOMER. WHAT A POT OF #$%@& USELESS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM? I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR FEEDBACK ON WHY THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. CHECKERS, YOU ARE WORST THAN THESE CHINESE SHOPS WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!
Bought a product from Bennet REad (Tevo) online, recieved mail it will be sent. Phoned a week later to hear when I can expect the item, had to phone in 5 times, to try and sort it out, been placed through from pillar to post, but no help. tried calling the CEO, but again been put through to answering machines, nobody were even willing to assist, just said "you are in wrong department, will put you through to the correct department". What a load of bull, will not do any business with them ever again and warn everyone that by going on every platform to show the pathetic company this is.
Had a problem with a promise not delivered, but then they went beyond the extra mile to assist me with my situation. I am an old customer, wearing their brand clothes for several years and are the clothes above the standard, very good and tough. thank you Jonsson and especially the gentleman my situation was handed to, cannot remember his name, but great service from him and his department.
I had the best service from Kyle, working at Rocketnet, and can confirm they should get 100% for service. thanks Kyle, of the Support desk, your promises were over delivered, great service and assistance.
DISCOVERY/VITALITY DEDUCTED PREMIUMS FOR 9 MONTHS FROM MY SALARY, AFTER I HAVE STOPPED MY MEMBERSHIP AND STILL NOT REFUNDED ME. I HAVE NOW BEEN STRUGGLING QUITE A WHILE AND ALL I GET IS EMPTY PROMISES, NOTHING ELSE, AS IT SEEMS THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON THAT CAN DO PAYMENTS IN THEIR OFFICES. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND ALSO SUBSTANDARD FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY. WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!
AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF ABOUT 47 PHONE CALLS, 37 MAILS, PROMISES MADE BY THEM AND NOT HONOURED, CAN I SAY THAT TELKOM IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA. THEIR BRAND SHOULD BE BURNED. THET STEAL YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH AFTER CANCELLATION, THAT THEY DON'T DO, EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM 21 DAYS NOTICE AND THEN YOU ARE AT DAY 51, STILL NOT CANCELLED. WHAT A LOT OF USELESS INCOMPETENT BUT HOLES!!!!
TRYING TO GET TELKOM TO CANCEL YOUR INTERNET, IS LIKE CLIMBING MOUNT EVEREST WITHOUT ARMS OR LEGS, WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY THEY ARE!!! AFTER SPENDING ABOUT 3 DAYS ON INTERNET, AS THEY SUGGEST, TO CANCEL THE INTERNET, BUT TO NO AVAIL. DRAFTED A LETTER, TOOK IT TO THE NEAREST TELKOM OFFICE AT TYGERVALLY SHOPPING CENTRE, THE "MANAGERESS" INFORMED ME IT SHOULD BE DONE ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ALMOST OVERTURNED THEIR TABLES AND COMPUTERS, BEING FRUSTRATED BY THEIR ATTITUDE. IT IS CLEAR THEY WANT TO ROB US BLIND, AS THEY DO NOT CANCEL IT ANYWAY, WHICH IS EVIDENT FROM ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON ALL THESE SITES. THEY ONLY PASS THE BUCKET WHEN YOU PHONE THEM AND STILL HAVE NOT YET ANSWERED TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS. GAVE THEM MY 30 NOTICE AS PER MY CONTRACT, SO, THE BALL IS IN THEIR HANDS, NO MORE PAYMENTS FROM ME TELKOM, SEE YOU IN COURT
After several empty promises, as usual, from the most pathetic company, TELKOM< are my line still not working, they ignore complaints, only reply by SMS that it is attended to, make empty promises that someone will come out to rectify the problem, even giving you a date and time, but as expected, nobody turns up, costing me to pay my staff overtime, as they have to wait after their working hours for this non performing person. where will this nonsense stop????? I don't want a response of how sorry you are and you will investigate, I want it fixed!!!!
