These guys are a huge ****!!! Do NOT let them fool you. They offer you samples as a free trial, then end up invoicing you for this. Then they send you an invoice, and the wording is where they **** you. 6 Months later they deliver items that you DID not order and an invoice which is massive. The product itself is way overpriced and of bad quality. They think they are clever and add on the invoice "acknowledgement of order" when in fact we have never placed an order, and they cannot prove we did either. They call you endlessly, the staff are obnoxious, and they then threaten you with their legal team to try to get you to pay. We have asked them several times to collect their goods, which are still perfectly packaged; we did not order them, we are not going to use them, but they refuse to collect them. Shame on them for being so DISHONEST!!! Stay far away!!!
What a terrible experience on Father's Day. We were waiting at the front entrance for about 15 minutes (empty restaurant) eventually we had to wave and flag down someone who could attend to us and seat us. The drinks order took about 20 minutes (we were 4 people) and there were only 2 other people seated in the restaurant. The waiter/manager did not smile, was not friendly and eventually took our food orders, which took exceptionally long. I went to another store to have a watch strap replaced, and when I came back, our food had still not arrived. Eventually it did, and it was really so disappointing. The quality and quantity of the food have gone down the drain. What used to be one of the best places to eat at, sadly now won't see us again anytime soon. Not once did the waiter come and check on us, we had to flag down someone to bring us serviettes, we wanted more soft drinks but no one came to our table... eventually we asked for the bill but were ignored for a further 10 minutes... until we asked for it again. Yes, I did give a gracious tip, but they won't see us again for sure. No friendly staff, everyone standing and chatting amongst themselves.... what happened to the Primi we used to love so much??
I cancelled my contract with Vox. But this is now day 3 of endless emails, leaving messages (no one calls back) I get cut off almost time i call, and i have spent over R 200 in airtime trying to get things done. Elias does not call back, i keep getting transferred to someone, and then i get an answering machine and the call cuts off. I have asked numerous times for your courier to collect your equipment. Elias has the cheek to tell me I will be billed for this, or I must come and drop off their equipment. What BS is this? My dad has been sitting at home for 3 days now waiting indefinitely for a call or someone to fetch your equipment. My dad is a pensioner!!!! Your incompetance is the reason for cancelling your service! Last year, i had weeks and weeks of no service, yet you kept billing me for something i did not get! Now you want to bill be for your equipment and a line that has been disconnected. Seems like you are just after people's money! I CANNOT work from home as my new ISP can't do anything until you release the line and fetch your stuff. My next step is the Ombudsman, as Vox just never takes responsibility for anything. WORST EVER!!!!!
These guys are quick to take your monthly premiums, but not quick to give you customer service. After putting in a claim in January, I recently had my vehicle repaired. But unfortunately, FFS recoveries do not acknowledge, or reply to, or return calls.... the list goes on. They are only now trying to recover video footage of an incident that happened 6 months ago, (i mean, who keeps footage for 6 months at a mall) They now send me emails requesting documents, and I reply immediately with the request and info needed. Then someone else requests the same documents, Again, I reply and forward the emails sent the first time. Note in the AR, all details are there, they approved the claim, but yet, FFW keep asking me for AR info, copies of my ID, and the list goes on. This week, every time I call, Theresa is always in meetings and does not return calls. When I request to speak to a manager, that person is also always in meetings. I have since cancelled my policy with FFS. Worst customer service ever, and always dragging their feet! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
I bought and paid for a brand new boot lid for my Hyndai i10 grand fluid. I picked up the boot lid, and when I finally got to open it the very next day, it was broken. I contacted them immediately to advise this and that they must please replace it with a brand new one that is NOT broken. They then asked me to send them a picture, which I did. Now they have come back to say they will NOT replace it as it was not broken when they issued it. The unit has not even been put into my vehicle. It was simply taken out of the bag and put straight back in as it was broken and could not be used. Not the first time I have heard of this happen and I have had other major issues with Hyndai who just never seem to take responsibility for anything! Disgusting is an understatement!!!!! NO customer service whatsoever, just plain NO! Hynudai you need to do better. This is NOT acceptable ever, no matter who or what!!!! Replace your poor quality parts!!!!
I bought a washing machine on Sunday and was told delivery will take place on Tuesday. After 5 I call the store as I had not heard from anyone after being at home all day waiting. The manager on duty was jnhelpful, I have been told because of black Friday there is back log. I completely understand you're busy, but then DO NOT tell your customer one thing and do another. You DONT commit if you cannot stick to it. Next day someone calls, and tells me I must wait till Saturday. Don't make tour problems mine. I told them to fix their problem and make sure I get my machine. I was told someone would call me today again, I waited.... no one called me. I called the store. And of course your manager is never there or available. I have left several messages. No one has called me back. Tomorrow is Friday. Still disgusted in your poor service.. I will rather take my business elsewhere where they actually give a damn about their customers. You clearly don't!.
I waited 15 minutes for Absa Gardens Centre to open due to loadshedding, once the power was back on, we waited another 20 minutes with no explanation from anyone inside the bank. The poor security lady had to try and calm and talk to at least 12 frustrated customers. Once inside, the branch manage with an attitude and her tone of voice was shocking, tell me there is no one that can help due to the taxi strike... i completely get that, but how can you just not have anyone to help your customers. So I literally still almost 40 minutes for nothing. Wont' she tell me to just go to another branch!!! No!!! I cannot just go to another branch, I don't have transport and this is my lunch hour. Her tone of voice was the pits for me and a few other customers. I wasted my time!!! How can no other staff member help!!! So if there is a taxi strike for a solid week you will literally turn away every customer with her **** attitude!!!!! Disgusting ABSA!!! I have never in my life experienced such bad service from you! Time to relook at who I would prefer to bank with!!!!!
My last debit order went off end of August, I am trying to get my debt clearance. After me sending every paid up letter except one to Debt rescue. They were supposed to get the last one. No one is returning my calls, no one is returning my emails. No one is getting the ball rolling to get my name cleared from Debt review. This is a long process and can take a few weeks but the fact that no one is actually doing something about this is ridiculous and just prolonging the whole process.
I have a new 5G uncapped wifi deal with Rain, out of 6 days, the wifi has worked for 50 % of the time. All they keep saying is, the towers are down. This is the worst service ever as they don't call back. I have left endless messages on Facebook and my calls have supposedly been escalated. I would much rather get a new service provider. This is certainly not worth it!!! How am I supposed to get any work done from home, when there is no internet!!! How can you towers always be DOWN???
Please Vodacom, get new staff!! Why can a simple upgrade not be completed. I have been sent from pillar to post for 4 days now and still this cannot be resolved. Online tells me to call upgrades department, upgrades tells me to call another department. One person says confirmations will call within so many hours, and the next person tells me something else. Disgusting that after your mistake, i now had to start the proces over today. I have spoken to more than 20 employees and no one can do simple job and i get mixed communication. After been a loyal customer with Vodacom for more than 20 years and having no less than 3 contracts, i do expect better service. How can you allow such incompetent people to work in customer service? So disappointed to get such terrible service from you. Maybe someone else would like my business after all. It seems you don't care about customer service these days. Sies man!!!!
