I live in Eldorado Estates in Eldorado park where we had a problem with Vodacom coverage and now we don't have Telkom mobile network it's severely slow and also data flies now that you using the Vodacom platform ,before a gig of data used to last me almost 3weeks these days it's 3-4days I regret migrating to Telkom now as before it was value for money and now we paying thru our veins..everyone in the area is complaining about their WiFi being extremely slow children can't do homework it's that bad .please get back on the mtn platform or get your own towers
Bad service received by people who doesn't do their work rob clients of their hard earned money and still threathen to activate tracker on the car even though you paid and owe them nothing they still decide that you owe them for their incompetency and bad management by the manager Rudolph.

Hi I'm struggling to get hold of a consultant on 111 & 100 since Saturday 17/02/2018 the numbers only gives self help options and not an option to speak to a consultant it just drops the call..I have wasp services on my phone that I need to stop I even sent STOP ALL TO 30333 3 times and it failed to send.is this the type of treatment we as loyal customers get or is it time to port...my data is being depleted because of the fact that I cannot get assistance with regards to stopping the wasp on my phone.
How can one on prepaid be able to spend so much on data I used to use 100mb a full day with downloads now all of the sudden I'm up to 300mb that is exploiting us as loyal customers
I booked maids on their app the 28th December and they arrived in time on the day and started cleaning throughout the house.I'm in the habit of not sleeping with my wedding ring as do most people and I left it on the side of the bed as per everyday as they promise that stuff won't go missing as the maids are screened I was up and about doing my business and when they where done and I decided to freshen up and leave the house late afternoon I discovered my stuff is missing and the maids left when me and my wife went to the local shopping centre to get a few things for our house...I sent messages but up till now nothing was done about it...

Me and my family was scheduled to fly to Doha on flight QR1368 that was cancelled hours after departure time.we had tours booked which we paid for in advance ,we then notified their service provider discover@qatar airways of the incident at the same time we found out via email.we where then placed in a hotel overnight and scheduled to fly out the next with Singapore which led us to more discomfort as the airline didn't confirm our booking my kids actually started crying because of inconvenience as we where not ticketed to fly.the tours company then said that they will not refund us but the delay in flight was not our problem or fault.qatar airways really inconvenienced my family badly and caused us a miserable holiday as it started off badly.Our experience is devastating let alone traumatic.we need urgent answers regarding our money and inconvenience caused.
We where scheduled to fly to Doha on the 25th September 2017 to leave at 20:15 our flight was cancelled due to lightning that struck the aircraft this was flight QR1368.we where then sent to a hotel by the airways and rebooked for the next day this time leaving with Singapore airlines at 13:45 ,we arrived at the airport at 9:30am and was told our flight wasn't ticketed the airline called sta to sort out this issue we stood there for more then 3hours and sta didn't sort out this issue the airline had to reissue tickets as sta said they couldn't help my minor kids was actually crying because of all the frustration and inconvenience.
